Antonio è stato davvero super gentile con noi in tutto, dal check-in, al check-out. Ci ha supportato anche con consigli x affrontare al meglio la nostra vacanza. Più di una volta è venuto a trovarci per chiederci come stesse andando. Casa molto caratteristica e ben arredata.

Our stay at Casale Bavi was wonderful. The house comfortably accommodated four people, providing a pleasant and cozy environment. The garden was a standout feature, beautifully maintained and offering a serene place to relax. Andrea, our host, was exceptional—welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The overall atmosphere of the property was excellent, striking a perfect balance between friendliness and privacy. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and enjoyable retreat.

Siamo restati una notte sola, ma siamo stati benissimo. La casa è molto grande,arredata con gusto e dotata di tutto. Al nostro arrivo Laura e il figlio ci hanno fatto trovare dell' acqua in frigo, latte e caffè e marmellata per la colazione e olio e sale per cucinare. Tutto perfetto!

Już od chwili rezerwacji kontakt z gospodarzem był wzorowy – szybkie odpowiedzi, szczegółowe informacje i powitanie na miejscu. Apartament gustownie urządzony, z dbałością o każdy szczegół. Wyposażenie było nowoczesne: wygodne łóżka, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, szybkie Wi-Fi i ogród dla Naszej dyspozycji. Czystość była na poziomie – wszystko lśniło, a atmosfera była przytulna i domowa. Lokalizacja to kolejny atut. Nocleg znajduje się niedaleko tętniącej życiem promenady i nadmorskiej plaży. W okolicy kawiarnie i sklepy. Gospodyni zadbała o Nas przygotowując mapę miasta z zaznaczonymi miejscami wartymi zobaczenia.

Semplicemente perfetto. La proprietaria meravigliosa. Disponibilità totale. Posizione comoda vicino a servizi essenziali. Adatto anche a disabili. Gentilezza. Pulizia. Posizione . Non trovo nemmeno una nota negativa. Appena posso torno. Grazie ancora a Lina. E a presto.

Claudia met me at the apartment to show me around. The apartment was lovely. The space was extremely clean and comfortable. The outdoor space was best used in the daytime...as during the evening the mosquitos did come out. But Claudia did provide mosquito repellent. Parking was super convenient. The building and neighborhood were quiet. Was a short walk to the water and castle. Thank you!

Stefano e Sandra sono due host fantastici, molto discreti ma sempre disponibili e con tanti buoni consigli sulla zona. La casa è confortevole, trovata pulitissima e con tutti gli essenziali a disposizione, il giardino è molto bello e le dà una marcia in più, bello anche il contesto della zona, tranquilla, verde ma con tutti i servizi raggiungibili in pochi passi, come pure la spiaggia e il centro a poco più di dieci minuti di camminata tranquilla.

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento C di Elia la prima settimana di Settembre, appartamento pulitissimo e fornito di tutto, in zona silenziosa e comoda sia per la spiaggia libera che attrezzata, per i negozi e locali; Elia e la sua famiglia persone splendide e cordiali, tornerò sicuramente.

Gianluca hat die Wohnung umfassend renoviert, es sind neue Fenster in allen Räumen, das Bad ist neu und schön eingerichtet, die meisten Möbel sind auch neu. Eine Grundausstattung an Essen ist vorhanden, dazu reichlich Kaffee und Frühstückszubehör. Gianluca hat uns gute Restaurants empfohlen und auch ein paar Informationen zur Gegend in der Wohnung.

Il soggiorno presso la casa di Fabrizio è stato impeccabile: la casa è situata in una zona tranquilla e strategica per poter raggiungere sia il mare, che il Parco Nazionale per fare escursioni e trekking (consigliatissimi!), è dotata di tutti i confort, oltre che di una terrazza che dà su una vista splendida. Fabrizio è stato sempre disponibile, amichevole e pronto a darci consigli sul territorio. Appena torneremo in Abruzzo, la casa di Fabrizio sarà un riferimento!

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia nell'appartamento "Roma" dal 13 al 23 agosto. Anzitutto esprimo un sincero apprezzamento per l'host, Hanspeter che, oltre alla gentilezza con cui ci ha accolto, per tutto il periodo della nostra permanenza si è reso disponibile in maniera proattiva per facilitare e rendere piacevole il nostro soggiorno. L'edificio è una villa su 3 livelli, con tre appartamenti (Roma, Kiev e Berlino) oltre quello occupato da Hanspeter e dalla sua famiglia in mansarda. Si accede ai piani con una bella scala esterna. La casa, di recente ristrutturazione, è ben tenuta, con spazi esterni ben curati e usufruibili da tutti. Molto attrattiva la piscina, di nuova costruzione, curata nei particolari, con idromassaggio e profondità fino a circa 2 mt. Appartamento molto spazioso, con finestre e balconi su tutti i lati. Ampie e ventilate le camere. Bello e godibile per colazione e cena il terrazzo con affaccio sulla piscina. Bucolica la zona, tra vigneti e ulivi. Bella !

Everything was amazing!!! Marco and Katia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and have an amazing stay! My stay at their place will be forever in my memory!! Thank you for everything your family did for us!! Thank you to Mr Fausto too who was more than just amazing in helping us with everything we needed !! He is the sweetest person on earth!! The city is great, calm, a great place to slow down and make friends! Can’t wait to come back to this same Airbnb next year! ❤️

Das Haus liegt recht einsam in den Bergen und ist ein absoluter Traum. Der Blick nach dem Aufstehen in die Berge und abends auf einen überwältigenden Sternenhimmel sind traumhaft. Das Haus besitzt alles, was man benötigt, um zu zweit oder zu viert entspannte Tage zu verbringen. Ein schöner Terrassenbereich mit kleinem und großem Tisch, gemütlichen Stühlen, Sonnenschirm und Grill, inkl. zusätzlicher Toilette, Im Haus im unteren Bereich eine Wohnküche mit Gasherd und Pellettofen. Oben zwei Schlafzimmer und der Wohnbereich inkl. Bad, mit gutem WLAN und großem TV. Das gesamte Haus ist neu, sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll restauriert. Jonas antwortet extrem schnell, super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären sicher länger geblieben, wenn unsere Reisepläne das zugelassen hätten. Man ist in ca. 40 min. an der Küste mit den Trabocchi, die eine Reise/Essen wert sind. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche tolle Wandermöglichkeiten (bergig!). Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!!

My friends and I had the most amazing time here. We came for a weekend getaway, we had train delays and our hosts Carmine and Paola were quick to help us and drive out to a train stop and bring us all the way to the airbnb. They gave us the most amazing welcome and hospitality, extremely helpful and welcoming. The airbnb was breathtaking with the most scenic views. The airbnb was spotless when we arrived. We’ll never forget this trip due to our amazing hosts. We 100% recommend booking this airbnb!!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, dank der Beschreibung haben wir es auch gut gefunden. Es liegt am Ende der Straße mit einem zauberhaften Blick in die Berge! Im Haus ist alles da, was man braucht! Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, man hat Freude am Kochen! Die Zimmer/ Betten schön jedes Zimmer hat einen Ventilator! Der Pool ist super. Dieser wurde freitags immer gereinigt! Alles im allen ein toller Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank an Gio! Auch an Paolo, der Gärtner und Mann für alles, ist sehr freundlich! Wir könnten ihn alles fragen und er hat sofort geholfen, wenn es nötig war! Vielen Dank an Paolo! Eine wichtige Sache: im Sommer abends bitte Mückenspray und co verwenden, die kleinen Minimücken sind hartnäckig!

Casa Monte Majella was just perfect for us (6 adults + one baby). We really enjoyed the beautiful view to the mountains and the swimming pool. If you have a car, it's easy to get around and see so many different things: the see, the mountains, wine tasting and beautiful nature at Majella national park. Lisa and Stefan are really helpfull and wonderful people, thank you so much! Loved to come back some day. Tusen tack 🙏

Wir waren ende Juli 2023 in diesem Haus. Das Haus war top gepflegt und wunderschön. Die Vermieterin war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parklätze waren inklusiv und super. Das Haus war voll ausgerüstet. wir sind als Familie und zu 7 inklusiv zwei hunde da. die hunde durften frei bewegen. einziges Manko, dass es keine Klimaanlagen gab. somit war in der Nacht nicht so einfach zum Schlafen. jedoch geben wir unsere beste Bewertung ab. wir können dies wärmstens empfehlen! danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Appartamento molto bello,ogni confort presente:aria condizionata canalizzata in ogni locale,balcone con tende solari automatiche e motorizzate,macchina per il caffè a cialde,lavastoviglie,letto comodo. Arredamento nuovo,wifi veloce e Smart tv. La casa e’stata trovata pulita ed ordinata,profumatori in giro per casa e palazzo. molto comodo il lavandino in balcone per sciacquare i costumi. Distante dal mare 10 minuti a piedi e nelle vicinanze dell’appartamento,meno di un km,2 discount,un supermercato Conad e altri comodi negozi. Per raggiungere centro e spiaggia a disposizione ci sono biciclette. Parcheggio privato all’interno del cortile protetto da cancello. Consigliato per un ottimo soggiorno a prezzi ragionevoli

We had an amazing stay at this place! The apartment is incredibly spacious, spotless, and just steps away from the beach. Having a supermarket right across the street and so many great restaurants nearby was super convenient. Manuel is an exceptional host — warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. We absolutely loved our time here and can’t wait to come back! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay by the sea!

Wir waren total begeistert von der sehr ruhigen Lage, dem tollen Ausblick in die Berge, der große Garten, Frau Isabella ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer gut zu erreichen, gibt tolle Tipps zur Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir waren Ende August in Guardigrele und haben Nachts die Hirsche röhren gehört. Tolle Unterkunft 🥰
