Seccatoio ist ein freistehendes Steinhaus mit einer Fläche von 60m². Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich eine Küche, ein großes Badezimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa für 2 Personen. Das Haus bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Monte Amiata. Hinter dem Haus, unter einen Pergola finden Sie eine Terrasse mit Esstisch und Grill und vor der Küche gibts noch eine kleine Terrasse um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen.

The 12x4 meters saline water swimming pool is exclusively for the use of the guests of the guest house! The house is located in the South Tuscany in the rural area with stunning views. The house is VERY SECLUDED, you would need to drive 15-20 minutes along the dirt road which might be difficult if the weather is bad. But when you finally get there you won't regret the effort.

The accommodation consists of a small stone house on two levels with an outdoor stone patio and is located on the top of a hill completely covered with woods. A short private white road ( 500m) leads from the paved road to the house. The building was designed by the owner, who is an architect, and is built according to the most recent anti-seismic regulations and according to the principles of bio-architecture. The house is actually a near zero energy building (Nzeb).

Dispone di un ambiente unico pranzo-cucina con caminetto e divano, un'ampia camera da letto con letto a baldacchino, bagno con doccia e lavatrice e un comodo soppalco con letto matrimoniale. Il tutto incastonato in un grande giardino con terrazze panoramiche. Novità 2021: grande jacuzzi privata e casetta sull’ albero per i piccolini!
