Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans ce logement très agréable et très bien aménagé. Très bien situé, à quelques pas de la mer et proche de la vieille ville, à voir absolument. La gare est située à quelques minutes de l’appartement ainsi que des magasins et restaurants. Hastings est une très jolie ville, parfaite pour visiter la région!

This is the second time we have stayed here. Family weekend Six adults and five grandchildren- there was plenty of space. We all love being able to walk straight on to the beach.

Just returned from a family trip staying at sandy toes. Had an awesome time, accommodation was amazing lots of room for 6 adults and 1 German shepherd who all had a ball. Definitely will return 👍👍 thanks Lisa 😘😘

I have been to St. Leonards before so I was familiar with the area of the flat which was perfect for the seafront and the bars and restaurants. The flat itself was wonderful, very clean and spacious and I loved the decor. It felt very homely which was exactly what I was looking for. Zed and wife couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, which made our visit even more pleasurable. If you are thinking of booking this place please don't hesitate you will not be disappointed I for one will be back.

Came for the Easter weekend and absolutely loved this gorgeous apartment on the St Leonard’s seafront! Apart from the fact it’s beautifully decorated, warm and cosy, it has absolutely everything you’d need for a seaside stay, and much more. The attention to detail - from the welcome letter, local information, and bits & bobs for our dog - is like nothing we’ve experienced in an Air BnB before. To top it off, as it was Easter the hosts laid on a little Easter chocolate hunt for us, which despite being 40 and 44, we very much enjoyed! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and we’ll definitely be back if visiting the area in future!

We've been doing self-catering for decades and this is now top of our list. Our welcome package was a generous and thoughtful assortment of seasonal goodies, catering for both adults and little ones. We didn't venture far from the house as the children were more than happy with the beach at the front and the large back garden; the icing on the cake was hearing the toot toot of the little steam train and running to the end of the garden to wave as it chugged past. Jo was so flexible with arrival and departure times. That extra couple of hours on the final day meant we could end our holiday with a lie-in and a leisurely family breakfast, rather than the usual frantic rush. The house is tastefully furnished and well stocked with children's toys. It's very dog -friendly too, with treats, blankets and a safe garden for a runaround. I would highly recommend the Beach House.

Our stay at Rachel’s place was absolutely wonderful! From the start, Rachel was an incredibly responsive and helpful host, making everything seamless and stress-free. The home itself is cozy, clean, and well-maintained, but the real magic lies in the living room. This spacious and flexible area offers stunning, uninterrupted views of the sea and beach. The layout is perfect—window-side seating for those who want to soak in the scenery up close, and a comfortable couch set back for a more relaxed experience. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the comfort of the living room is breathtaking. Just a 90-second walk away, the beach awaits with its gentle waves rolling over rippling stones, creating a soothing, rhythmic soundtrack. The location is also fantastic—just a short stroll to nearby cafés and amenities, and within easy driving distance of some of the area's most amazing sights. Overall, this was a perfect coastal retreat, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommended!

Carly gave us lots of local information upon check in and all information on order for us to easily find the place including parking information. Parking next to the property was easily found and check in was simple. The host had put lights and music on which made us feel immediately at home. this property is such a short wall from the beach so we made use of this with dogs walks along the beach. The place was well stocked with everything we needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this place. exactly as described and such a lovely well looked after home.

We had the best stay at 5 the lawn. Jude’s attention to detail is insane and the place is simply outstanding. Everything was so picturesque. Jude was a great host, she ensured we had everything and made sure to let us know if we needed anything at all she was just a message away. Jude was a massive help in recommending a local decorating company and ensuring everything was set up for our arrival. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his birthday getaway. We will for sure be returning. Thank you Jude for an unreal stay.

Nice little camper trailer house. Thin walls and small...but that's part of the package. We enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach. Near Eastbourne. Five minutes to LIDL. The heat was a little wonky. But our host was very helpful and provided excellent communication. Loud neighbors partying late the first night but quiet our second night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Had a lovely time with family. Kids enjoyed fishing and swimming. A lovely gifts were left for the kids for Easter and a complimentary bottle of wine with chocolates. The place was very cozy and had all necessary items.

This is a fantastic setting. It has a view I could never tire of, with huge skies and fantastic sunsets. We had lambs just on the other side of the small waterway just outside the deck, which was a bonus! There were lots of different birds and wildlife to see without leaving home. The beach is just a short walk away and there are many places of interest to visit which are a short drive away, including Winchelsea Village, which is beautiful Rye and Dungeness. The place itself is brilliant value. It's clean and comfortable and everything you need. I wish we could stay longer and can't wait to be back. Sara was a great host and came back very quickly to answer queries.

Great place, right at the beach, place very clean and tidy with all you need. Lisa was very helpful and explained all we needed. Would recommend for a nice break out of the city.

Great location on parkdean resort, lovely outside area for the kids. Chalet was very clean and well equipped, perfect for a family of 4! Claire was very responsive and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay! We would definitely return x

Dolly’s Delight was an absolute treat. We very kick enjoyed our stay there. Superb accommodation, with luxurious bedding, 2 good showers, very well equipped and with a view of the sea. By night the stars shone brightly. The Bay is a lovely quiet park but with the benefit of the facilities at the main park 1 mile up the road. We ate at The Boathouse one evening and the food was very good with some good choices for children. We’ll definitely be booking again. Thanks Jenny.

This was our second stay. The home is spacious and has great amenities, spotlesslyclean too. The local beach is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

We had a very enjoyable stay over the Easter weekend. The house was beautiful and perfect for a multigenerational family stay. The house was of an extremely high standard from the decoration, bedding, towels, welcome gift, kitchen facilities, communal areas and outdoor space. We loved the room diffusers scents so much we have ordered some too! We had a lovely Sunday roast in the Royal Pub near St Leonard’s Warrior Square Station - thank you for the recommendation. We would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful house.

We really enjoyed our New Year week stay at Sea Sure, great location, right on the seafront, but close to local pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. Paid parking right outside was cheap and easy to organise via the Ringo app and free parking was available nearby too. Ideal for dog walking on the beach at low tide or on the very well maintained promenade at sunrise and sunset and in Egerton Park, just a short walk away. The basket of goodies to welcome us was much appreciated and the property was cosy, comfortable, well decorated, beautifully clean and lovely and warm on what turned out to be a couple of stormy winter days. Stayed here for 3 days with my partner and we had such a lovely stay! Hosts went above and beyond to provide a space that felt like home and the space was so cosy and beautiful 😍 the view was stunning and just a relaxing way to escape from reality for a while. We really appreciated the little things like snacks / food / beverages available, as well as the easy to connect WiFi and Netflix availability. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around however we mostly just went to the gym / leisure centre and made use of the sauna and steam room 😂 highly recommended if you want an easy-going host and a peaceful retreat for you and your partner

We would definitely recommend this house. Janet was a great host, always responsive, and we really appreciated the early check-in and the provisions in the fridge. The house felt like home straight away and had everything we needed. It was lovely to be right opposite the beach. We really liked Hythe and the surrounding area and will definitely come back.

An incredible stay in a beautiful apartment. The view across to the sea was spellbinding and you can watch the sunset with a lovely glass of wine. The flat has everything you could possibly need and is thoughtful as well as top quality. The coffee machine was outstanding. The shower was perfect, the beds comfortable and there was a very clever and easy way of accessing the flat. St. Leonards has so many incredible independent and interesting shops, fabulous restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and bars, as well as a market with beautiful things. Lots of art and vintage shops and within bus, train or healthy walk from Hastings with it's equally amazing shops, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. So much to see and do and then to come home to a calm and beautiful apartment is just wonderful! Thank you so much for everything.
