We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot to spend our weekend while visiting family! We first met Dona sitting amongst the ghouls and goblins handing out Halloween candy to the neighborhood kids! We knew immediately we had found the perfect spot to stay and will definitely be back next time visiting our family. If you are heading to Media at Halloween you are in for a real treat of family, friends and neighbors celebrating one of the Best holidays ever!

Great location and amenities. When our group had issues checking in Bekir was very responsive and helped address the issues as soon as possible. In that short time before the issue was fixed, he also provided alternative accommodations and a meal at a nearby restaurant, which was incredibly helpful. Can't recommend this apartment enough - right off the 2nd Street SEPTA station, close to bars, Old Town, and restaurants. A great place to go.

My in laws came into town and stayed at Teresa's place during winter 2025 for a couple of weeks. They found the check-in instructions very easy and Teresa was incredibly communicative and accommodating to anything we needed before and during their stay. The location is very close walking distance to stores, shops, and even a farmers market on the weekend. The place itself is cute and is well appointed with dishware, pots, pans etc. I would highly recommend to an individual, couple, or young family visiting the Philadelphia area!

The apartment is very conveniently located - about 5 to 10 min walk to independence hall. The decor is very nice too (especially the bedroom). It’s on the ground floor of a townhouse so limited natural lights. Parking is tricky too the townhouse was located at a narrow one way street.

Joseph was a great host. He was easy to reach and responded quickly. The Airbnb was in great shape and easy to access. Highly recommend Joseph as a host.

Hala was a great host. Super responsive and kind. We got in early on a red eye thinking we'd be struggling to buddy our time until check-in but when I asked for very early check in time, she immediately responded and hence became our hero! Dunkin next door was a bonus. The place was very nice and exactly as shown. Loved having this as our home base for us meeting family in Elkins Park. Thanks!

Warren was great and the property was a nice home base during my visit. Would recommend!

Marc was a great host and the space was very comfortable. The check-in process was straightforward and the neighborhood was quiet with ample street parking at all hours. He kindly provided towels and toothbrushes for use. The curtains around the house are a little thin and don’t cover the windows entirely, especially in the bedrooms. But otherwise an excellent stay!

Apartment was very well and private to be in! Felt very close to city and lots to do in the area! Being near a Wawa and stores was so much easier to find. Will definitely come back again

This property was great for our large group - we had 4 adults and 3 kids. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, the kids had space to run around, and the neighborhood was very kid and family friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the Airbnb and Philly in general. We will seek out George and Nicky’s place when we come back yo Philly!

Anna's home was GREAT! It more than fit my needs and was very comfortable, quiet and peaceful during my stay. There are no surprises with this rental property as the owners do a wonderful job describing it accurately and providing current pictures that are reflective of the property and surroundings. If you need a place to stay in this area, do not hesitate as I do not see where anyone would be disappointed. Thank you so much for my stay!

Jack & Jenny's place is small and basic but clean, comfortable, and right in the middle of everything. It was a great base to explore Philadelphia from.

The location is fantastic—spotless and conveniently situated. You can easily stroll to several nearby attractions, or if you prefer, hop in a car for quick access to more distant sites. It’s a perfect blend of comfort and accessibility!

Very large space, was great once got inside. Was hard to find the parking area. Directions were clear but the intersection was very hard to figure out. Again not hosts fault. Also very noisy at night Friday and Saturday. Overall, great place and would recommend!

The place was exactly what I was looking for- an affordable room in a great location, walkable to some of my favorite breweries and bars. Check in was super easy, hosts were very communicative, the room was clean and orderly as expected, and well worth the price for the night!

Eli’s place was great! Spacious, clean, and a very convenient location. Eli was communicative and helpful. Since it is a very central location some noise from the street is to be expected, so be prepared for that. Overall all went smoothly, highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place. Upon arrival i did have a bit of trouble getting in but Chris was an amazing host and walked me thru and everything from there was fine with it. The decor was beautiful. The rooftop had spectacular views. This place was also immaculately clean. what's not to love? I would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again in the future.

Great place to stay only negative is if u have a good amount staying 2 bathrooms is challenging to navigate!!! and stair to the 3rd floor is challenging too!!! Other than that I would definitely stay there again!!!
