Wir haben uns in dem Appartement von Maria rundum wohlgefühlt. Marie ist wirklich sehr herzlich und überaus gastfreundlich. Sie war jederzeit für uns da, egal ob es um Fragen zu Ausflügen oder Aktivitäten ging, oder um Probleme mit unserem Mietwagen. Die Lage des Appartements ist optimal, egal ob Strand oder Zentrum, alles ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Skala Fourka

Χαρά μας να επιστρέφουμε σε αυτό το κατάλυμα, θα είναι πάντα η πρώτη μας επιλογή για την περιοχή. Η Θέκλα και ο σύζυγός της είναι εξαιρετική οικοδεσπότες.

Conveniently located, cute and comfortable. Very responsive host. Definitely recommend.

Апартаюентчето беше отговаряше на цената. Мястото е на центъра и всичко е много близо ( кафенета , ресторанти, аптеки и т.н.). В близост до квартирата има и подземен паркинг затова че и паркирането не е проблем

Flat in an apartment house; well clean, furniture older but well kept. Super windows - no noise from the street at all + shades which make total dark. Kitchen equipped for decent cooking - enough dishes, cutlery & cookware. Very soft beds. The whole flat is like "living flat just people left with their personal belongings". Funny detail - bookcase full of Greek books and a box full of fashion magazines from the 1970s. Recommended!

Ilias ist ein freundlucher Gastgeber und die Kommunikation war schnell und unproblematisch. Eine tolle Wohnung für eine Familie mit bis zu 4 Kindern. Sie ist geräumig, hell und nur ein paar Meter vom Sandstrand entfernt. Ein großes Plus ist das sehr große Bad. Die große Klimaanlage im Wohnessbereich reicht für alle Zimmer. Minimarkt, Bäcker, Bars und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Unser Aufenthalt war super toll, alles Bestens organisiert, Lage sehr gut, nicht weit ins Zentrum, tolle Terrasse, sehr freundliche Begrüßung, empfehlenswert

The house is very cozy, well-maintained and fully equipped. We received a very warm welcome from the hosts. They were very friendly and communicative and responded promptly to our messages and calls. They showed us around the house and explained how to use all the appliances. The area is very beautiful, quiet and safe. We had an amazing time. I highly recommend staying here.

Dinos was the perfect host - very responsive, welcoming and unintrusive! The place is comfortable, right by the beach near both a nice beach bar and the free zone. Bedrooms are pleasantly cool in the night and the house is very nice and airy. Completely lived up to our expectations! ☀️

Beautifully renovated beach house. Amazing see view from the porch, with lounge area and dining table. Only olive trees and a minute on small pathway to reach the quiet beach. Great fishing spot. Very private house, you are woken up by birds in the morning and heard a fox in the night. Restaurants 5 minutes drive away, saw dolphins during lunch (!!!!!! :) ) Dimitrios made us feel very welcome and definitely understands hospitality, we had everything we needed and more at the house during our stay.

It was very easy to find and had the most comfortable beds.

Makis war ein hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, war relativ schnell zu erreichen. Er gab uns Tipps für Unternehmungen und brachte uns sogar nachts eine Austauschglühbirne. Besonders der Garten ist ein Traum, das Häuschen hat den 70er Jahres Charme, was nicht jedem gefällt, uns aber schon. Wer modernen Luxus haben will, ist hier fehl am Patz. Die Photos entsprechen voll der Wirklichkeit. Die Betten waren gemütlich, für die doch kalten Abende sorgte eine Art Klimaanlage für die Wärme. In der Küche war alles zum Kochen vorhanden. Negativ waren die 9 Hunde des Nachbarn, die oft laut bellten und unserem Hund Angst machten und zu dieser Jahreszeit am Strand wenig los war. Aber dafür konnte ja Makis nichts

Having visited the area regularly over the past 15 years, I can confidently say that Eleftherios’ home is the best place I’ve ever stayed. The cost is remarkably reasonable considering all the amenities, the outstanding view, and the ideal location that embodies what should be called the perfect stay. The home is spacious, felt bright, clean, with a refreshing atmosphere that made it a joy to stay in. The attention to detail was clear, from the spotless interiors to the well-maintained amenities. The internet was impressively fast even when streaming. Eleftherios went above and beyond as a host, providing thoughtful recommendations and responding quickly to any questions. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free getaway in Halkidiki !

Nous vous avons passé un agréable séjour, l’endroit est très paisible et magnifique. avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Nous étions à trois minutes de la plage à pied. Il y a de quoi ce restaurer à cinq minutes de l’appartement. Nous étions à 30 minutes (ville thessalonique ) une voisine adorable qui nous a préparé des spécialités grecques incroyablement bon je remercie Maria. Je vous conseille fortement ce Airbnb. Nous avons pu voir des jeunes jouer au foot avec des grandes box, ce qui était Inhabituel, pour nous mais surtout drôle. C’était notre tout premier voyage et si ce serait à refaire. Nous en serons ravis. Je remercie Monsieur Pantelis pour son attention, sa patience, nous avons eu énormément de retard il nous a attendu jusqu’à notre arrivée. N’hésitez pas, l’endroit est magnifique. Ce fut un agréable séjour en Grèce.

The apartment is perfect for a single traveler or a couple. It has all the amenities you could need — even an umbrella was thoughtfully provided! The location is excellent, with a metro station right in front, plenty of bus options nearby, and just a 15–20 minute walk to the White Tower. Theodore, the host, was very friendly, making sure everything was smooth and comfortable for my stay. Highly recommend!

Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα με ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ. Άψογη φιλοξενία από τον Μανώλη!

The apartment is located in an amazing spot, one minute walk from the beach. Everything was clean and tidy. Kiki is extremely nice and responsive! We had a great time and would definitely recommend!

Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Πεντακάθαρος χώρος , επαρκή είδη υγιεινής ( πετσέτες μπάνιου κλπ) , πολλά κλινοσκέπασματα). Το μπάνιο ήταν καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο ενώ διέθετε πλυντήριο,πιστολάκι μαλλιών καθώς και αφυγραντήρα. Το μεγάλο ατού του συγκεκριμένου καταλύματος όμως ήταν η εξαιρετική του τοποθεσία καθώς βρίσκεται δίπλα σε στάση μετρό και σε ολιγόλεπτη απόσταση από πλατεία Αριστοτέλους καθώς και μέρη διασκέδασης στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης! Να σημειωθεί επίσης η αρκετά ικανοποιητική σχέση παροχών-τιμής!

Really felt at home, it was nice and warm, clean and tidy with a very helpful host. Had its own small parking space. Good supermarket close by. Regular buses to centre of town

Η Ζωή είναι μια καταπληκτική οικοδέσποινα, απαντούσε αμέσως με σαφής οδηγίες. Ο χώρος της ήταν εξίσου πολύ ωραίος! Καθαρός, περιποιημένος, εξοπλισμένος αρκετά κ οι φωτογραφίες αντικατροπτίζουν την πραγματικότητα. Όταν επισκεφτώ ξανά τη Θεσσαλονίκη ασυζητητί θα μείνω πάλι εκεί!

We had a great stay. Place is just across the most beautiful part of Agia Triada beach, where the beach is wide. There is always enough parking in front of the building, neighbours are so nice, they even served us home made cakes, and invited our kids to play with their children, you have a feeling that you are guest in a community of a kind. Dimitris is very responsive and agile, he provided all the important information in a timely manner. The place is not luxury, but it has all commodities you may need. Bathroom is quite new, and kitchen is much better equiped then in average accomodation in Greece. You will find plenty of cooking utensils, plates, dishes, everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, although a bit small for European standards, but that is the same in whole Greece. It is very peaceful at night, you can only hear sounds from nature and one can really relax. Balconies are great, with sea view and a lot of space. We really enjoyed staying at Dimitris's place.
