Bed & Breakfasts als Ferienunterkünfte in Pitlochry

Wij hebben hier overnacht als tussenstop op onze reis naar Isle of Skye. Prachtig verblijf. Alles is er aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Super fijne bedden, een bad en lekker ontbijtsnacks. Ideaal dus voor ons als gezin. Verder prima communicatie! Zeker waard dus om een keer te gaan logeren.

A perfect location to explore the Loch Ness area. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated with lovely details that make it feel warm and welcoming. We had a very comfortable stay and would recommend it to others.

Die Unterkunft eignet sich sehr gut für einen Edinburgh Aufenthalt, wenn man nicht direkt in der Stadt übernachten will. Hervorragende Busverbindung. Direkt vor der Haustüre. Kleines gemütliches Zimmer mit Bad. Keine Küche, trotzdem alles vorhanden und bei Katrina wirst Du Lebensmitteltechnisch für ein Frühstück hervorragend versorgt

Je suis entièrement reconnaissante que John ait été ma première et véritable expérience pour le bed and breakfast !! Le logement est cosy et se trouve facilement (un parking public à moins de 5-10 min est disponible pour se garer facilement). On habite directement chez l'hôte, c'est vivant avec pleins de souvenirs. Le lit est confortable. John a été très gentil et souriant. Les discussions étaient intéressantes ! Le petit déjeuner fait maison était copieux et délicieux. John m'a aidé à optimiser mon voyage et m'a filée pleins de recommendations de whiskys. Merci infiniment, vous avez rendu mon séjour magique. :)

Really enjoyable stay. The room was beautiful and exactly as described. It is a fab location and had a great atmosphere. Lucy was so friendly and quick at responding. Would highly reccomend!

This location was incredibly convenient for public transport, with a bus stop right outside the entrance. There were plenty of local supermarkets nearby and the surroundings were lovely. The host( Catherine) was exceptionally kind and always ready to help. The room was spotless and well-equipped—even an EU-UK adapter was provided. Breakfast was great as well. I highly recommend this wonderful Airbnb to everyone ^_^

The perfect little cottage within walking distance to everything! And John was the perfect host! His entire family worked as a team to insure our stay was amazing. They communicated well, always had great recommendations, and provided everything we could possibly need. This cottage is so close to EVERYTHING! I can’t stress this enough. There’s a GREAT restaurant, quaint little shops, a bakery, a convenience store, local attractions, etc. literally across the street. And I’ll add, while the cottage is central to everything, just off the main road, it’s sooooo quiet. You can’t go wrong booking John’s place!

Thoroughly enjoyed my two-week stay. Jennet was the consummate host: Friendly and attentive, with breakfast in the morning. Beautiful flat within easy walking distance of downtown Edinburgh. We booked last minute as we wanted a night away so glad we picked this place. The cabins are stunning with beautiful furnishings and well equipped kitchen area. There is a private area to sit with a beautiful fire and blankets & hot water bottles provided. Also the most amazing Jacuzzi bath that lights up and is surrounded by candles and beautiful fairy lights. The magic really comes to life at night when the cabins and gardens come alive with lights that has had so much thought put into it. Like something out of a fairytale truly a stunning display of lights. Makes the place even more magical & romantic. Katrina the host has put so much work and effort into the place it really shows in all the small details and the big ones. Katrina is so passionate about her work and the love she has put into the place shows from the minute you arrive, she really is the best host we have ever met nothing was ever a hassle from picking us up / dropping us off. kindest person we have met.

This is our second stay at The Stable and once again we had a lovely time. The location is perfect - felt really rural and peaceful with sheep and cows just outside but still walkable to the centre of Balloch. It is just a short drive to many stunning locations around Loch Lomond and we ventured a bit further to Loch Katrine this time which was beautiful. The room has everything you could need and is beautifully decorated. Sheila is a wonderful host and so helpful. Fabulous provisions for breakfast too. We're looking forward to our next trip back!!

Absolutely perfect one night stay. Everything was sparkling clean and I felt so comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was delicious; the breakfast room overlooks the yard and is a very tranquil spot.

Le séjour auprès d’Eléonore et de Grant a été un vrai cadeau! Leur maison est juste magnifique, d’un grand confort, un intérieur d’une grande propreté, une décoration très soigné et on s’y sens pleinement accueilli. La nature est très présente, ce qui est pleinement ressourçant. En quelques minutes, vous êtes à Inverness. Le lieu est idéal pour découvrir également black isle, les Fairy Glen, les clanvas, culloden battefiel (lieu de recueil)…Eleonore est adorable et elle a pris le temps de nous conseiller sur tous nos déplacements et lieux à visiter. Un vrai bonheur! Le petit déjeuner est fait de surprises (je vous invite à les découvrir lors de votre visite 😉), il est très copieux! Eleonore nous a fait découvrir des petites traditions culinaires chaque matin ! Nous aurons plaisir à revenir en leur demeure et surtout, nous aurons plaisir à les revoir! Lovely place to end the West Highland Way!

Dear Marion, Visiting you and yoyr mother was one of the highlights of our trip. Your home, the warmth and welcome, your stories and the friendships. The hospitality was great. The room is beautiful, big, clean and charming. Too bad we live in different countries. But for a light moment, it was really fun to meet. We wish you much health and happiness.

Susan and Derry are legends! If we could give them and their beautiful mountain view home 10 stars, we would! Their warmth and grace went above and beyond even the best Scottish hospitality, which says a lot. The homemade Scottish breakfasts were to die for. The room and the bed especially were so comfortable and truly every detail was considered in making our stay perfect. We cant wait to visit again!

We had an amazing time at Fay’s yurt, both her and Jamie were super helpful and very friendly, they made us feel very welcome and explained everything to us on arrival while showing us around as well as giving us some tips of places to visit nearby. They were attentive and there to help us when we needed but also gave us privacy. The yurt itself is unreal, really clean and tidy with everything we needed inside and the log fire was great, made the place so cosy. The walled garden is absolutely beautiful and the 3 friendly goats were a real highlight for us, we went to see them every morning! The kitchen and bathroom areas were well stocked and clean, it was great to have access to them both and made our stay really comfortable. The surrounding areas are also stunning, a truly special place if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing to stay. It’s well situated for visiting the places we wanted to go. We would love to go back, thank you for having us! ❤️

This is a gem of a B&B tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The out look across horse paddocks and hills in the distance. The hosts are both very friendly, helpful and attentive. The accommodation is spotless fresh and of an excellent quality. We look forward to staying again in the near future and our dogs were made welcome too!

Joyce et Allan proposent des logements dans leur maison, posée en haut d'une jolie colline. Tout y est incroyable, la vue, la quiétude des lieux, leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur prévenance, le confort de la chambre, le petit-déjeuner et leurs animaux. Petit détail à l'attention des voyageurs qui viendraient sans voiture, prévoir 20 minutes à pied depuis la station de bus. Merci beaucoup pour avoir contribué à rendre ce séjour dans les Highlands inoubliable.

Wonderful stay at Jessica’s. She is responsive, gives good recs and in an ideal location if you’re looking to be not directly in the city center. Still quite walkable , and quieter - can hear the birds gently chirping at night :) Price is also very reasonable given how expensive hotels were at this time of the season. There are rules but that’s to be expected when you stay at someone’s private home. Jessica tries her absolute best to make you feel welcomed. Tack så mycket.

Robert is a friendly host and very quick to respond. He gave us a warm welcome. Storing our bicycles was no problem. Everything was as discribed, two well decorated sitting rooms, bed & shower were good and self service breakfast offered a lot of choice. Since we didn't have a car with us Robert even drove us to the pub. His B&B might not be in the village but it's definately worth the visit if you are looking for some peace & quiet, birds (a woodpecker came to eat in the garden!) and a good host!
