If you are into ATV and off-roading, there are 100's of miles of trails to ride straight out the front driveway. The home currently has two queen beds and a queen air mattress. We also have access to Lake June and the private Sun N Lakes boat ramp and park. Boat ramp is by key.Plenty of parking for your trailers and rvs.

Charming 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage that is a mile away from downtown Lake Placid. We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac with access to Lake Huntley just minutes away by foot. Lake Placid, as well as Sebring are only 15-20 minutes to the local grocery stores, farmers markets, and shopping plazas.
