Ferienunterkünfte mit Strandzugang in Platja de Gandia

we stayed here for 4 night's November 2024, great location between old and new town and only a few seconds walk to the beach. the host was very responsive and because we had a early morning flight she let us check in earlier than arranged.. check in instructions where simple to follow due to the short video you receive. this is the 3rd airbnb I've stayed in this year in benidorm and it was certainly the nicest and will definitely stay here again. kitchen is a bit small but that didn't bother us because we had no intention of cooking whilst on holiday anyway. overall great location great apartment and very helpful host.

Vi har haft en fantastisk vecka i Xaviers lägenhet! Både lägenheten och läget överträffade våra förväntningar. Vi tyckte mkt om att det var så nära till allt, både strand och restauranger, och att vi samtidigt kunde ha det så lugnt och fridfullt på den stora härliga terassen. Vi tröttnade aldrig på att blicka ut över havet och se stadens pampiga siluett, och njöt över att det var ett sådant levande folkliv runt omkring oss. Perfekt också att vi hade tillgång till ett garage så nära lägenheten. Vi har hittat en drömlägenhet och vill åka tillbaka snart igen!

The host, Lillia is very kind❤️. The apartment is very well located in a calm area, close to shops and the beach. The apartment has everything you need, including air conditionner. I reccommend it 100%, you will not be desappointed!

Meget flott sted. Leiligheten er av nyere dato og meget høy standard. Eneste som kan kunne hvert bedre var at sengene var veldig harde, men vi overlevde. Beliggenheten var fenomenal med 20 meter til stranden og gang avstand til alt du trenger samt gamlebyen. Deilig oppvarmet pool og flott pool område med bar som serverer kvalitets øl og sprit.

Todo impecable. El apto hermoso! Solo estuvimos 2 noches pero nos hubiera encantado quedarnos más! Muy cómodo, limpio , hermoso decorado y los muebles, cocina completa con todo! El baño impecable, todo perfecto. Jon un lujo de atento! Pudimos lavar ropa sin problema y tender todo perfecto. Fuimos cuatro , con una nena chica. En semana de turismo , vimos los desfiles de Viernes santo y Domingo de Pascua desde las ventanas del apto. Muy lindo todo! Para repetir!

Appartement très bien situé avec une vue incroyable et une piscine formidable, aussi bien pour les enfants que pour les adultes. De plus le restaurant du club social fournit un menu et des plats avec très bon rapport qualité prix, servi par un personnel très sympathique et professionnel. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et Federico a été toujours très réactif et efficace tout en restant très discret. Nous espérons vivement revenir.

Wonderful stay. Place was beautiful and just as described. Co-host Jorge was incredibly helpful and responsive. The location couldn't have been better. The place had everything we needed and was super comfortable. Highly recommended.

Я в восторге от балкона и видов. Это было лучше, чем я ожидала. Апартаменты уютные, чистые, но вид с балкона лучше, чем я ожидала. Также я в восторге от Феррана и его жены — это прекрасные, милые, добрые люди. Спасибо большое за теплый приём, и помощь. Ферран и встретит с вокзала и отвезёт обратно, если вам нужно. Также он предлагает показать окрестности. Интернет в аппаратах отличный, мне было это важно для работы и никаких проблем. На диване спать было неудобно, чувствуются пружины, но 2 просторные кровати в спальне очень удобные. Расположение апартаментов отличное: рядом 2 небольших магазина. Немного подальше есть крупные магазины. Также много мелких магазинах с фруктами, хозяйственными и пляжными товарами, с одеждой. Шикарная набережная, рестораны, бары, мороженное. Я довольна жильём и хотела бы вернуться ещё.

¡Una estancia excelente! El apartamento en El Vergel superó nuestras expectativas: limpio, cómodo y perfectamente equipado para viajar en familia. Fuimos con nuestro perro y un bebé, y todo estuvo pensado para hacernos sentir como en casa. La zona es tranquila, ideal para descansar, y muy cerca de la playa. El anfitrión fue muy atento y amable en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda, lo recomendamos y esperamos volver pronto.

Todo bien. Los propietarios muy amables, estuvieron esperando que llegaramos pese a que nos perdimos (la direccion y Google Maps no se entendieron bien), y muy atentos en todo momento. A 5 minutos si llega de la playa. Muy recomendable

El alojamiento de salvador es fantástico… la casa perfecta, tal como en las fotos, tiene todas las comodidades y todo muy moderno … el entorno, muy fácil de moverse en coche a las pueblos y ciudades cerca, aunque con la salida al mar habrá quien no quiera moverse de allí… una gran experiencia en familia…

Super cool design, beautiful views of the sea. Loved the stone throughout the house. Wish it was warm when we were there as the pool looked beautiful. Great host, would return!

The place is absolutely beautiful, the terrace is fantastic, you don’t want to leave! Inside of the house is beautiful as well, but you find yourself spending all the time on the terrace, the views are so special. Lovely space with everything you need for a super comfortable stay. Very responsive host, made us feel very comfortable. We would love to come back.

Una estancia muy acogedora, cruzas la calle y esta la playa. Al lado un supermercado. La urba tranquila y muy acojedora, la piscina, el jardin estaban fenomenal. La casa lo justo para 4 , todo lo necesareo. No pasamos nada de calor ya que hay ventiladores y aire acondicionado. En coche a 5 minutos del centro y del puerto. Todo genial

Segundo año en el apartamento de Claudio y encantados!!! Todo lo encontramos igual o mejor, muy buena zona, piscina insuperable, playa cerca y apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario y con Mady como siempre súper servicial y un encanto, nos seguiremos viendo!!

Danke Salvador für unseren Aufenthalt bei dir. Wir waren einen Monat da und es fehlte uns an nichts. Salvador war immer erreichbar und hat uns in jeder Lage sofort geholfen. Wir hätten uns nicht wohler fühlen können. Man ist wirklich direkt am Strand, es ist ruhig und hat fußläufig alles was man braucht.

Wij kijken terug op een super fijn 10 daags verblijf in Calp. Dit zeer zeker door het heerlijke, ruime en comfortabele appartement van Patricia en Veronica. Van alle gemakken voorzien. We zijn goed ontvangen en even wegwijs gemaakt in het appartement. Patricia hield ons op de hoogte van de activiteiten in Calp tijdens de feestdagen. En bij een vraag van onze kant een snelle en duidelijke reactie terug. Als je de hoofdingang verlaat en linksaf gaat sta je na 100m op een heerlijk schoon strand. In de directe omgeving een supermarktje en café Seamos waar je terecht kan voor een top koffie en lunch. Kortom het appartement van Patricia en Veronica is zeker een aanrader!

Malgré la coupure de courant du 28 avril 2025 et notre impossibilité de communiquer avec elle, notre hôte s'est montrée très patiente et réactive. Les photos sont très représentative de la réalité : c'est un appartement cosy, tout ce qu'il faut s'y trouve et de nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité. Le stationnement aux alentours est gratuit et il est relativement facile de trouver une place, devant l'appartement si vous avez de la chance

No podíamos haber elegido una mejor opción!! Hemos ido en familia y el piso ha superado todas nuestras expectativas. Una localización tranquila frente al mar y mano de todas las zonas comerciales y de ocio. Un piso amplio, bonito, con mucha luz y unas vistas ESPECTACULARES! Muy cómodo, accesible, muy seguro, tranquilo, limpio, completo... de 10! Y lo mejor de todo la anfitriona, María. Desde el minuto uno que nos interesamos en el piso ha sido muy atenta, la entrega fue perfecta (y eso que nos adelantamos un poco en el tiempo que informamos) se presentó al minuto, muy amable, servicial y atenta. Un piso más que recomendable al que estoy seguro volveremos más que encantados! Gracias Maria y El Moralet por ayudarnos a pasar unos días estupendos en familia en unas fechas tan señaladas, nos sentimos como en casa! Asier

Wir haben zu dritt die Unterkunft von Rosa Mitte September gebucht und waren happy. Vom Balkon war das Meer aus zu sehen, morgens mit schönem Sonnenaufgang. Salud hat uns herzlich empfangen, und auch bei Fragen stets mit Rat zur Seite gestanden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Unten gab es einen Pool den man nutzen konnte und das Meer war direkt vor der Haustür. Kühlschrank, Ofen, Mikrowelle. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrte. Das einzige Problem war die Anbindung zur nächsten Bahnhofsstation. Busse fuhren nur bis 18/19 Uhr. Taxiunternehmen haben Anrufe entweder nicht entgegen genommen oder im Gespräch aufgelegt. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten. Salud war so freundlich und hat uns am Abreisetag zum Bahnhof gebracht und uns auch die Gegend gezeigt. Großes Danke an Salud!!🥲 P.S. Beim Taver Taxi Unternehmen spricht Umberto deutsch und englisch. Hoffe das hilft irgendwem mal weiter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, danke :]

We was here to enjoy our Holidays! And this Place was more than Worth it!!! It was such a lovely flat in the best place of benidorm everything you need direktly in your near space. The Flat was Confortable and so clean! There you can spend more time because the flat is such liveable! We Thanks also Maria for the great communication! All together this place is a 10/10! We enjoyed our Holidays here so much! Thank you and see you soon!

We walked into the apartment and we just felt like we had won the lottery. Xesca is such a lovely and caring person. She is always reachable and gets back to you immediately. The huge balcony facing the ocean is wonderful. We had our daily morning coffee there and watched the sunrise. In the evening we enjoyed having our dinner there always having a great view to the ocean. The second balcony facing the street is very comfortable too. The apartment is very clean and very well maintained, furnished with lots of love to details. The kitchen is fully equipped. We couldn’t ask for more. The bathrooms have a really good size so that you don’t feel squeezed in – and each of them has a window. The apartment has a washing machine which helps to reduce your travel luggage to a minimum. The apartment has also a parking lot which was very much appreciated since we arrived by car. You walk out of the building and you are already at the promenade. What an amazing stay!
