Radiant Apartment with Balcony near Mercat Central

The house, in a completely renovated building, consists of a bedroom with double bed 140 x 2m, bathroom, living room very bright with sofa bed 140 and fully equipped kitchen. It has two balconies with large windows to the main facade, where thanks to the climate of Valencia allows you to have breakfast, eat and dine outdoors for much of the year. Do not worry about anything, you will find everything you need: clean sheets and towels, hair dryer, soap, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, coffee, tea ... so you can relax and enjoy your visit in a cozy and quiet apartment located in the street of the baskets of the historical center of the city. It is a pedestrian street with a lot of charm, with traditional handmade shops of basketry and wood, very lively by the day, but at the same time very quiet and silent at night, without cars or bars. In addition, thanks to the unbeatable location in the old town, between the Central Market (1min), Silk Exchange (1min) and the Town Hall Square (1min), allows you to walk to the main attractions of the city in less than 5 min. Cathedral, Plaza la Reina, Plaza de la Virgen. Also the High Speed train station and the Metro with direct connection with the airport, are to 5 minutes. The building has an elevator. The kitchen is equipped with: fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, juicer. Private parking space is available on request. If you need anything you can find me at all hours by mobile, email, Airbnb, and I will be happy to help you in everything you need. The apartment is set in Old Town, a quiet and charming neighborhood steps away from the Central Market, the Silk Exchange, and the main highlights. Many characteristic restaurants and shops dot the area, where you can taste our Mediterranean gastronomy and culture. You can walk to all the landmarks of the city in less than 5 minutes. The Malvarrosa beach is 15 minutes away, with the Metro from Xátiva and Colon station (5min) and transshipment on the Tram. If you wish to visit the City of Arts and Sciences you can take the Bus (15min). In addition, there is a bike rental less than 1 minute away, to explore the city or to reach the Jardines del Real or the Turia River Garden, the "Central Parc" of València in 5 minutes. The old River Turia's garden is a green belt that connects the whole city, where you can spend the day strolling under the shade of the trees while touring and visiting different monuments until you reach the City of Arts and Sciences. It is very easy to get to the apartment since the Xàtiva metro stop with direct connection to the airport and the train station are 5 min. I will be happy to receive you at any time of the day. We do not impose restrictions on your arrival. Private parking place under the building with an extra charge of 12€ night. Availability of cot and high chair for an extra charge of 30€.

Stroll to the Beach at El Cabañal from a Unique House

This is our retirement house, we will like to move here in the future, but in the meantime, we hope you have a wonderful stay, in Valencia trendy Cabañal. The house is from 1942, we have totally renovated and have divided it into two houses R and M. R house is located in the lower level. As you enter you will find the living-dinning room and the kitchen, they overlook the patio and make it a great place to enjoy. There is a heater on the patio, so you can enjoy it all year round, but we have very few cold days in Valencia. There is an upper floor that you access from the living room, that has three single beds (190x90). There is a small hallway in the living room, that leads to the two bedrooms. The first one has en-suite bathroom, with a shower, and the bed is 160x200. The second bedroom has a queen bed 160x 190. Next to it is the bathroom, which has a bathtub. As you enter the building there is a hallway, there you can find a closet, where you can leave your bags in case that you need an early check-in or late checkout. Also, you can find the drier and a washing machine. If you need any special service please let us know and we will try our best. The house is in the neighborhood of El Cabañal, a seaside village with restaurants, bars, and markets. It’s close to the beach and port, and only 400 meters from the metro station that has trains which goes directly to the city center and airport.

Situado en el barrio del Mercat, este exclusivo apartamento se nutre de una vasta oferta de ocio y gastronomía, que conjuga a la perfección con una conveniente ubicación gracias a la cual podrás conocer los principales puntos de interés a pie. En la plaza del Ayuntamiento, situada a escasos metros encontrarás todas las líneas de autobuses, paradas de taxis. También encontrarás muy cerca estaciones de tren y metro. Valencia es ideal para circular en bici, y dispones de servicios de alquiler cercanos y del valen-bici. El edificio tiene un vecindario tranquilo. Valoramos que nuestros huéspedes también lo sean. Ático con terraza en el centro La Cambra

Espectacular ático en edificio histórico, en pleno centro de Valencia, autobuses a toda la ciudad, a 5mn. del metro al aeropuerto y la playa. Edificio con ascensor. Vistas panorámicas incomparables del Sky Line de Ciutat Vella y la Sierra Calderona. Terraza de 40 m2. Muy cercano a todos los atractivos de la ciudad. Recientemente rehabilitado estilo vintage, techos altos y muy particulares. Espacio libre de ruidos con total privacidad. Lugar muy original para una estancia romántica y tranquila.
