Great place right in front of the beach. You will enjoy a beautiful sunrise and the warm water of the beach. Since this place is right next to the beach, people can congregate in front of the building, and be a little bit loud to not fault of the property owner. Regardless this place is an awesome and safe place to stay. I loved it and I would stay there again.

Un lugar hermoso para desconectarte y descansar, los empleados muy atentos y amables, te brindan apoyo con todo lo que necesites. Durante mi estancia llovió muy fuerte y se fue la luz en la localidad, siempre nos apoyaron para mantener fresco el medicamento de mi mamá y para que tuviéramos iluminación. Definitivamente regresaría, la estancia es cómoda y hermosa.

This is our 5th year staying here for 1 week and we will be back next year. One of the most beautiful Airbnbs in the world. Highly recommended to disconnect from the chaos of modern life and tune in to yourself and to nature. Spectacular!

Stunning location with breathtaking view, high-speed internet (not easy to find around there), delicious vegan cuisine, Infiniti pool with mesmerizing vista, modern room infused with the captivating essence of the Oaxaca’s culture. Not to mention its central between downtown Huatulco and downtown Pochutla so shopping is easy and surrounded by so many beautiful beaches.

5 stars — Wonderful Stay! We had a beautiful time staying at m Amber’s home . The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. We felt right at home the entire time. Amber was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions I had, and their hospitality really made the experience special. I absolutely look forward to staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb stay!🌸🤍

Muy buena atención del anfitrión y excelente lugar para pasar unas vacaciones agradables

Sinceramente para nosotros superó nuestras expectativas, el búngalo donde nos quedamos era el no. 5 y tenía todo lo necesario, una cama cómoda, el baño de tamaño mediano, limpio con jabón, shampoo y varias toallas, la cocina también en mi opinión cuenta con todo para una estancia cómoda, tazas, vasos, estufa, microondas, estufa, un refrigerador grande a nuestro parecer bien, en el mismo bungaló encontramos una sombrilla para la playa y una silla también para la playa la cual nos fue muy útil. La playa semiprivada nos recomendaron que no es para nadar y así lo hicimos por seguridad solo si es importante que el guardia de la entrada te indique por dónde acceder a la playa, en 4 horas que estuvimos quizá llegaron unas 5 personas más, la verdad eso está increíble. Con respecto a la zona de la alberca en el bungalo está muy agradable, y también la encontramos quizá con 2 personas, en la tarde noche era exquisita el agua y la vista. Insisto en que es un lugar muy tranquilo.

La cabaña es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, la cocina está bastante equipada y a unos cuantos pasos bajando de la cabaña hay una tiendita de abarrotes así que tuvimos todo a la mano para cocinar. El espacio donde están las camas es reducido pero para nosotros no fue problema ya que pasamos la mayor parte del tiempo en la terraza, la terraza se llevó el premio, un graaaan spot súper cómodo y con gran vista para pasar el rato. La ubicación es lo mejor, super cerca de playa mermejita, de la entrada a punta cometa y también bastante cerca de muchos cafés y tienditas. La subida a la terraza no es apta para personas con problemas de movilidad pero se especifica muy bien en la descripción. Tal vez lo único que nos pareció un poco incómodo fue el baño, es muuuy pequeño e incluso para lavarte la cara estás con el pendiente de darte un golpe peeero tampoco es un gran problema. Iyali y Jonathan suuuuper amables ambos! Definitivamente volvería a la cabaña de la iguana!

Our stay at Casa Rosemary was exceptional. The location is fantastic, situated in a quiet and scenic neighborhood that allowed us to easily walk everywhere, making our stay convenient and enjoyable. The kitchen was top-notch. Everything we needed was readily available. The main floor flex space, including the kitchen, patio, and pool area, was truly outstanding. It made gathering, eating, and hanging out so easy and comfortable. It was the perfect size for our group and provided a great space for relaxation and fun. Cleanliness was impeccable. The beds were very comfy, and everyone slept great. There was plenty of room for our group of six to be together or find space alone. The furniture and decor were beautiful and luxurious. The hosts were kind, responsive, and able to answer all our questions quickly, both before we arrived and throughout our stay. They provided clear instructions and recommendations, making our experience hassle-free! We enthusiastically recommend!

Nos encantó la estancia en casa Colibrí una vista muy bonita y tranquila para los niños.

It’s the nicest, most upscale property on the beach. It has fantastic views as it is on a mountain slope over looking the beach. The only thing i would caution is that if you walk to town a lot you will be doing a lot of stair climbing which could be difficult for older people. The staff and owners are exceptional and go out of their way everyday to make sure you have everything you need and are happy! Carlos and Issac get a special shout out for their over the top customer service and making us feel like family! First Class operation on every level. Highly recommend!!

Deborah was really friendly and quick to communicate. Her home is lovely. Pool was nice and cool which was good after a hot day. House was clean and quiet except for a nearby peacock who liked to squawk but I found it exotic! Steep driveway but it’s super short and wasn’t a problem for us. We would stay here again.

El departamento tiene una vista espectacular, la albera infinty pool y en sí el departamento esta increible. La empresa de Bayside nos asignó a Emilio el cuál fue siempre super atento, amable y cordial. Fuimos un grupo de amigas y coordino nuestra llegada con un servicio de choferes confiables. The host: Sharon is a wonderful host. She promptly responded to our inquiries and checked in to see if we needed anything before and during our stay. We felt she was genuinely interested in ensuring things went smoothly for us and that we were comfortable in her condo. We appreciated her recommendations - from drivers to restaurants to excursions - and we took advantage of several of them. The condo: Sharon's unit is ideally located - not too far up the hill and with a full view of the ocean. You. Will. Love....looking at the scenery and cooling off in the plunge pool on the balcony. The resort: This resort is built on a cliff and there is considerable walking up and down hills. We are both 65+ and able-bodied, so we managed the hills. Ladies: wear flats!! The water is generally not swimmable due to waves and undertow, but there are several incredible beaches within a 15-minute drive and the pool is huge and great for cooling off. There are 3-4 good restaurants nearby.

I recommend this Condo, it is beautiful and the view from the deck is stunning. Walkable to Playa Arrocito which is very nice.

You won't be disappointed! Spacious, nicely furnished and equipped condo in gated community. Fabulous views from living area and both bedrooms. Large comfortable balcony with spectacular views. With so many wonderful restaurants nearby, we did not cook but the kitchen had everything you would need. Community has a beach and multiple pools which are accessed via beautifully landscaped walkways. Huatulco is very spread out but you do not need a car. Taxis are plentiful and inexpensive. We called the security gate for taxis and they always came within minutes. The highlight of our trip was a private tour of the bays. We saw so many whales, dolphins and turtles. This captain (Santiago) will take you to as many beaches as you want - and let you stay for as long as you want. We learned about him through You tubers called something like Gringos are us. We had a wonderful stay at Constance's condo in Huatulco!

El lugar es igual a las fotos. Se puede ingresar a la playa caminando unos 10 minutos. Tuvimos mala suerte porque cuando fuimos había mar de fondo y no se recomendaba entrar. De ahí en fuera, todo perfecto con el lugar. Esta muy cerca de Mazunte con mucho lugares para comer.

El lugar concuerda con las fotografías y la ubicación es magnífica pudiendo disfrutar d ellas instalaciones del hotel, playa, etc. Lo único es que no hay un plan de todo incluido para el hotel y por la temporada Decembrina los precios de comidas y bebidas son excesivos, pero todo lo que respecta al condominio excelente!

We - a family of five, with two adults, two teenagers, and a kid - loved our stay in Casa Paz. When our car had climbed up the steep and bumpy track to the gate, and we had descended the stoned steps to the front door, and we faced the exquisite exterior and interior of the house - well, then we didn’t want to leave. The view from the balconies is breathtaking; the sea and the wind are ubiquitous; and every detail is carefully thought-out. We really hope this was not our first and only stay in Casa Paz, and nibbled chapulines repeatedly to increase the chances of coming back.;-)

Beautiful place with stunning views and creative decor. Very well furnished with all you need. The kitchen was especially well equipped with nice cookware and dishes. It was quite hot in the living area but that's how the coast is. Unfortunately the sea was too rough to really swim below the house during our stay and we also got sick, but the house was a soothing place to recover; Liz was helpful with recommendations and her helper, Mari made "ponche" for us. Would stay again if we ever return to San Agustinillo!

Stellar beyond words. The Host's, Dan & Sonia, have done a remarkable job fashioning their property to insure a memorable stay. Immaculate, pristine, unblemished, and gleaming. Superior quality linens throughout, a quiet environment, and wonderful location. The on-property staff are very responsive, kind, and anxious to please. The helpful staff will summon a taxi, and we never waited for more than a handful of minutes; a short 40 pesos ride to most locations in La Crucecita and surrounding areas. We are anxious to return for a visit and look forward to enjoying this host's hospitality once again. As I read this review, I hope one of you don't book the condo for when we wish to return.
