The accommodation with independent access from the garden, used by guests for outdoor breakfasts, consists of 2 rooms: the living area for preparing breakfast (no cooker) equipped with: fridge, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle, milk warmer, table and sofa; the large double bedroom (16 sqm) with exclusive bathroom. The sofa converts into a comfortable double bed in case of more guests. ATTENTION! NO kitchen, washing machine and TV, not suitable for long stays Possibility of outdoor parking.

We are a passionate family. We moved from England to Italy searching for a place to SLOW DOWN. A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. We will pamper you in our luxury Suite with a Turkish Steam Shower, luxury Spa essentials from Kiehls and we are producing our homemade Lemon Body scrub with organic Lemons from our Garden for your ultimate spa experience. Our beautiful Suite is just 3 min from the most beautiful beach in Cinque Terre and just around the corner to the world renowned master Chef “Miky”. We offer WiFi, SmartTV, Netflix, Water&Breakfastessentials and a bottle of Prosecco.

Il vostro alloggio si trova al piano terra della casa principale, ma è completamente autonomo. Il parcheggio ed il giardino sono invece condivisi con noi ;) Non sono presenti altri ospiti nella struttura.

The suite is located in a very sought after address in Milano. Arco della Pace is a very Lively and green area with a magnificent square overlooking the Sforza Castle through the Sempione's Park. During the day you can enjoy a breakfast or a lunch in one of many bars and restaurant of the area and the evening is a very lively and trendy area for "aperitivo". We live in the apartment next door and we ask you to be patient if sometimes you can feel that we live close to you !

At the time of check in we will request a photo ID or passport to check in and also will collect €4 “tassa di soggiorno Venezia Italia”(tourist city taxes) per person per night. Exception person 10-15yo will be charged €2 and children under 10yo are exempt. However the fee is discontinued after 5 consecutive days of stay. You will be given a hand written receipt provided to us by the city. Let us know if you have any questions.

Fully renovated, charming flat in a historic building dating 16th century. The apartment, fully furnished and equipped, is located in an internal court, so it's very quiet. It's only 4 minutes walk from the pedestrian area (and 7 minutes to the castle). The guests can also use our bicycles for free. The building has an internal garden, including a pond with goldfishes.

Precious studio apartment next to Ieo hospital

The apartment is located very closed to Ieo hospital (3 bus stops or 20 minutes walking). It has been recently completely renovated and refurnished. It is completely independent and very comfortable. The kitchen is for guests only; and 4 people can fit in it because the sofa bed located under the loft is a double bed. We ask an extra 10 euros for the extra people.
