Take a break and unwind at this peaceful cabin situated close to York and Wilberfoss. A perfect place to escape with your loved ones, explore nearby villages and local walks. There are two bedrooms a bathroom including bath and shower. There’s a comfy corner sofa and large open plan living area to cook and eat together, relax and watch a movie. Take breakfast on the balcony. During the day enjoy the patio and lunch outside or lounge in the sun. The hot tub makes for a perfect evening wind down.

Barn conversion (bungalow) set within the Yorkshire Wolds with the popular Wolds Way route running thru the village. The barn is situated close to the Church in the village of Fridaythorpe (approx 8 miles from Pocklington) with a secure garden shed for cycles and a walled garden with patio. A comfortable ground floor apartment located alongside to our cafe and campsite within easy walking distance from the historic market town of Pocklington. Originally created as a self contained home for my parents has been thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind. It offers wheelchair access through the front door, along with a large shower with grab handles, and a raised toilet. An open plan kitchen, dining and lounge are with very comfortable high backed electric recliner chairs.

Relax in this calm, stylish space. Pocklington is a lovely market town outside of York. This is my part-time home so, there's everything you need, including games, kitchen essentials, a comfy king size bed & 2 parking spaces. The cosy living room has a large dining table and a double comfy sofa bed. Perfect if you like a bold, colourful and clean place to stay. * This ground floor flat is not suited for most people with mobility issues. There is a sofa bed & the main bed is on a platform.

Beautiful and stylish barn conversion near York

The cottage is a Grade II listed barn conversion offering a welcoming base for your stay. Heating is provided by a biomass boiler, so very eco friendly. There is also a wood burning stove to keep you cosy. We are in a quiet village called East Cottingwith: a fantastic base for visiting York and touring Yorkshire. Ideal for cyclists, bird watchers, walkers and anyone who wishes to enjoy a rural location close to the attractions of the city of York. There is no regular public transport.
