We got delayed twice for 5 hours. Arrived around past midnight. Keys easily picked up from a nearby 24/7 7-11 store. This was REALLY REALLY handy. Easy to get to. Felt so secure and private. Love the view on the streets. Coles can be seen from balcony. Water pressure awesome and good supplies. Jimmy communicates well. REALLY loved the support. Would love to come back, no doubt about that. Lovely stay, good place, awesome experience.

Host was very prompt in his replies. Apartment was in a great location, walkable to restaurants, bars etc.

The place is right across Southern Cross station where the interstate train and skybus to/from airport located. Cozy bed and loved the sofa bed as well! Amenities included and the included car park is a plus. Although if you owned one of those huge SUV, you may want to check with Luke if your car can fit. If you owned a normal car, you’ll be fine

Very comfortable beds. Great showers. Mandy was very responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend this rental. We used the pool which was nice.

Pictures don't do Janette's place justice - Everything was immaculate and we really loved staying here! A lot of little touches throughout the home like the bed heater made the whole place very comfy and it was greatly appreciated. Janette was responsive and very helpful as well.

Our stay at this waterfront property was truly delightful! The location offered stunning views and a peaceful ambiance, perfect for relaxation. The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and just as described in the listing. We especially enjoyed the private balcony and proximity to Melbourne city restaurants and pubs. The host Anna was friendly, responsive, attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene getaway and hope to return in the future!

This place was right in the heart of the CBD. Tons of restaurants, easily walkable and next to all of the free trams as well! There was a super helpful guidebook with tons of things to do: we did the self guided walking street art tour which took us all over city and was so much fun :). Check in was super easy. The apartment had everything we needed and the area was gorgeous. Would 100% stay again when I somehow make my way back to this awesome city.

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

Rod’s place was easy to find and located close to shops and the beach. It had a beautiful sunset view and lots of seating to enjoy on the verandah. There was lots of space for our family in the house with 2 living spaces. The house was decorated with Rod’s passion for music. The kitchen was well equipped with more appliances than a usual Airbnb. The pantry was also well stocked with plenty of extras. Lots of space for our dog to run around outside as well. There were also lots of tv screens every where enough for everyone to choose what they wanted to watch. Board games provided entertainment for our little ones. Lots of wood provided for a lovely fireplace in the colder months. Thank you for having our family.

Barry’s place is exactly as pictured and has many comfy touches for a fantastic beach stay. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and the house itself is very comfortable with two bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen with quality cooking pans and everything you’ll need to easily self cater. We stayed during a very hot weekend and the west facing bedrooms were very warm, but the living room does have ac. The backyard is fenced for a dog (supervised) and great for little people and dogs to explore. Would love to stay again.

I had a fantastic stay with my friends! The space was perfect for our group of six, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other's company. The accommodations were comfortable and well equipped, making it a stress free and enjoyable trip. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, spacious place for a group getaway.

It was such a great feeling to be warmly welcomed by a fellow countryman in a foreign land. The place was clean, tidy, and in a quiet location. There’s also a playground nearby that my kid really enjoyed. Everything felt just like home. Big thanks to our host, Dylan!

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

Very good stay at Ace's place. He has reponsive and the place was quite and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything regarding our booking was clear and well communicated prior to our arrival. Our early check in was accommodated easily, and we were welcomed and shown around additional accessible facilities in the building. While we didn’t end up using the pool or outdoor area, we would definitely consider coming again at key times such as New Years for the amazing views. The apartment was as described, clean, and comfortable. One bedroom window whistled during a slightly windy evening, however, the sound didn’t last long. In all , we would recommend.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

The location was perfect, with beautiful view of city and the ocean. It was easy to communicate with Jim. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful place, great view and a great place for accessing transport

Simon and Peir have a fun and well decorated home filled with op-shop trinkets collected over the years. Everything required for a comfortable stay is provided for. The apartment is at a convenient location with the tram station right outside and quick access to CBD/St Kilda beach. Simon and Peir were extremely accommodating, kind and friendly hosts and it was a pleasure to live in their lovely home. Most definitely recommend!
