Our family enjoyed staying at this house for Easter. We loved all the games and spacious places to hang out and relax. Definitely take the time to walk the trails behind the house.

The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We had a large group in town for a wedding with many of us traveling from out of state. It was so nice to have the space we all could hang out without feeling like sardines. The bedrooms and beds were all large and comfortable. There were plenty of towels and everything we needed was already there for us. There was a lot of fun extras in the house and the game room was a huge hit with the kids! We LOVED it! Thank you!!

Absolutely fantastic place!! The hosts also left us with a dozen Hurtz donuts & fresh bread upon arrival. If you’re looking to bring a group, definitely pick this place — there’s much to do!

Michael’s loft was as described clean and gave a beautiful view of the river. The building is very active but the tenants were friendly. Covered parking is offered with the loft & convenient also close to building. There is a local brewery and restaurant within walking distance. The loft offers a pool and gym which is a nice amenities. The building also has a cleaning crew that came throughout the week and cleaned the hallways and elevator.

The Cozy Corner in Ankeny, Iowa is the perfect home for family to gather together! Our family came in from Oklahoma, North Carolina and Pennsylvania to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Grand View University. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with access to any store or restaurant you could need. The home is spacious and clean with wonderful pluses such as a beautiful deck with a gas grill (propane provided), a hot tub and a heated pool. The home has five bedrooms (sleeps 10), 2.5 bathrooms, laundry facilities, a garage and spacious gathering spaces including the kitchen. We had the BEST time enjoying each other’s company and sharing meals!! Adam was wonderful in his communications with us and I would definitely stay at one of his properties in the future! It was the perfect weekend.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was great for two people. It was clean and quiet and nicely decorated.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, walkable to Downtown Des Moines. We would stay here again.
