Located on 5 acres in the San Pedro National Riparian Area, take in the sights of the Sonoran Desert or the restaurants and shops of Bisbee, Sierra Vista, & Tombstone. A quick 15 minute drive gets you right into SV. We are a 5 minute walk to Riparian Area Trailheads and a short drive from the Huachuca Mountains. Or sit on our patio and enjoy the deer, hummingbirds, & quail that stop by!

Open, airy floor plan with comfortable living room and large kitchen. Step into a peaceful, calming bedroom and elegant bathroom. The Guesthouse has high ceilings, ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, full kitchen, covered patio, enjoy both the outdoor and indoor spaciousness. Stunning mountain and sunset views. Guesthouse is attached to the main house.

Studio Cabin: Glamping with Mountain Views

3:10 to Dragoon studio cabin is only 1 hr east of Tucson and 3 miles off the I-10 in the tiny town of Dragoon. Our property borders trust land w/unobstructed mountain views. We are near the Willcox Wine Trail, Cochise Stronghold, and Chiricahua Nat'l Monument. The cozy cabin is equipped with an outdoor hot shower, cassette toilet, heat/ac, kitchenette and double bed. This is glamping at its finest in Cochise country! (At 4600' elevation, we are 10-15 degrees cooler than Tucson or Phoenix!)

We are only 4 miles (2 miles as the crow fly's) from the Historic town of Tombstone. There is a BBQ. Directv is on your 55" Smart TV. Pet friendly!
