The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

The apartment is located one hundred meters from the boats departure. In the surroundings the mountains await the cycling and hiking fans.

Die Maisonettewohnung mit grosser Terrasse liegt in Gandria direkt am Ufer des Lago di Lugano. Die Sicht und der direkte Zugang zum See verzaubert zu jeder Jahreszeit. Die Wohnung besitzt einen eigenen Eingang mit direktem Zugang in die offene Küche und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Aussicht zum See. Bei schönem Wetter verweilen unsere Gäste auf der Terrasse zum See oder genießen den Schatten im Innenhof. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Blick zum See. Cafes und Restaurants sind nebenan.

Un Gioiello di Vista Lago

Mein Haus ist in Tosnacco, dem oberen Teil von Moltrasio gelegen, einem der schönsten Orte entlang des Comer See's, recht nahe zum Zentrum von Como (ca. 15 min Fahrt). Vom öffentlichen, kostenlosen Parkplatz sind es ca. 200m bergauf zu meinem Haus - mit schwerem Gepäck wohl anstrengend. Als Ausgleich für den Anstieg gibt es aber ein spektakulären Seeblick, speziell vom Balkon aus. Zum Zentrum von Moltrasio mit Restaurants und einem Minimarket sind es ca. 10 min zu Fuss.

Studio mit herrlicher Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore und die umliegenden Berge. Es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und bequemen Gegend, um Tenero, Locarno, das Verzascatal und die Umgebung zu erreichen. Abfahrt für Bergtouren direkt vom Haus aus. Über eine lange Treppe gelangt man in die Studiowohnung mit privatem Zugang. Parkmöglichkeit auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Bushaltestelle in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Bahnhof Tenero 20 Min. zu Fuss.
