It has 1 bedroom with the option of a sofa in the sunroom which converts to a sofa bed (please request this option at time of booking). We are situated in a quiet residential area close to transport links and local amenities..

There is off road parking in front of the annex we are perfectly situated as a base to explore many attractions eg beaches, coastal countryside of Pembrokeshire and there are plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance as well as many more attractions it has to offer . Ty Venda, perfect for exploring the coastal path

Ty Venda is a two-bedroom annexe with an open-plan lounge, diner, and fitted kitchen. On the first floor are two bedrooms: one with a standard double bed and the other with a smaller 4ft double, suitable for one adult or two children. The bathroom has a gas-heated shower and WC. There is a second WC on the ground floor. Patio doors lead out onto the garden, which is fully enclosed, making it secure for any dogs that visit. It is equipped with a picnic table and benches for alfresco dining.

The Folly: A charming, secluded waterside cottage.

A traditional Pembrokeshire cottage in a unique, idyllic woodland and waterside setting. The cottage is reached via a private farm road 1/2 a mile from the centre of Cosheston village. It has its own slipway, providing direct access to the estuary for beach walks and launching small boats, canoes and paddleboards . The cottage has been recently restored and furnished to a very high standard. It has a new kitchen and new bathrooms, full central heating and a wood-burning stove.
