If you choose to stay in, we have 9 acres of beautiful unspoiled land to explore. Spend evenings in our barn Billiard Room with TV’s and Poker/Game Table.

Surrounded by old oaks and loblolly pines, the property is quiet and never cookie cutter. You’ll love the Japanese soaking tub, two-sided fireplace, gourmet kitchen, robust coffee/tea setup, and the true craftsmanship found in the artwork and handmade details like the bent cherrywood “cloud” above the dining table!

Country home can easily accommodate a large family or two small families. Three bedrooms that include 1 queen size bedroom with private master bath, 1 full size bedroom and 1 twin size bedroom with full guest bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Living area with TV, cable and wireless internet. Enclosed sun porch with gorgeous mountain views. Sit on the back deck and enjoy the peaceful stream. Five minutes from quaint downtown Burnsville and just 35 minutes from Asheville, NC.

Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

The Nest, a mountainside retreat

The Nest is tucked into a grove of hemlocks, high above the creek and valley below. All types of vehicles have made the trek up the driveway, but we recommend 4-wheel drive. The seclusion of The Nest is unmatched and this tiny modern marvel comes with all you ask for, and so much more. Less than 25 min to downtown Asheville and minutes from the quaint mountain towns of Marshall and Mars Hill. Enjoy activities like hiking, skiing, and zip lines. Relax outside in the hot tub for some stargazing, or read a good book on the porch and enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee or glass of wine. Cabin on Main is a rustic authentic cabin built in 1977. This family owned cabin is ready to continue making memories for families, one vacation at a time. The cozy log cabin is right on Main Street within walking distance to brewery, local shops, ice cream, restaurants, live music, entertainment on the square and much more! Enjoy a night out on the town or cozy up by the warm fire pit. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
