Come stay in our new lovely above ground basement suite. We live above with our 3 young kids and noise should be expected between 8am-11pm. This probably isn't for you if you're looking for a serene, romantic getaway. It's comfortable, A/C, has a fabulous view, is centrally located for island adventures. Need a place to crash along the way to or from the West Coast? We are just off HWY 4, the gateway to the West Coast! Take a break from the long drive, enjoy fresh ground coffee in the morning and all the comforts of home as you travel. As our guests you’ll stay in our 27ft trailer right in our yard ,across the street from Sproat Lake. You’ll arrive as strangers but leave as friends! You can use the public access for a swim, walk to a park with tennis courts, and even a bike park!

Enjoy an abundance of natural light from windows and skylights. The space also includes a 3 piece bathroom and a small table and 2 chairs for dining or use as a work station. We are located just outside Parksville in a rural area. This is a great central location for exploring the Island and only 10 minutes from downtown Parksville.

Put on your best duds for a dinner date down by the ocean. Maybe a fire in the backyard with a cup of cocoa? Full bathroom and everything you need for a tea or coffee and light breakfast. Mini fridge and microwave. Please note there is no kitchen and we live on the property with our blue heeler.
