Welcome to the Sea Star~ a cozy yurt you'll find bright, rustic, and well-kept in a rural Northwest neighborhood 5 miles from maritime Port Townsend. Yurts are round sturdy canvas structures. Ours has a full kitchen, queen sized bed, indoor powder room, attached shower room, a compact parking spot, and private deck in a temperate rainforest setting. Free of streetlights to enjoy stargazing. Pets welcome. Not suitable for small children or infants. Your hosts, Mark and Sara, live on the property.

It is located centrally to the areas' amenities, breweries, wineries, and cideries. Our Cottage has been designed to be a cozy, warm, romantic space with custom woodworking, wood counters, in-floor heating and special touches to make your stay enjoyable. We have a seasonal garden with herbs and apples amongst a lovely outdoor private patio.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this private spot situated on its own 2 acres of evergreen forest. Enjoy hiking, biking and boating within a few miles. Less than 5 miles away from the Finnriver farm and cidery and the Northwest School for Wooden Boatbuilding. From the tiny house, it is 13 miles to Port Townsend and forty miles to Port Angeles where you can access the Olympic National Park via Hurricane Ridge or take the ferry to Vancouver Island. The ferry to downtown Seattle is 37 miles away.

Port Townsend is a short drive away with all its restaurants, parks, art and culture. There are nearby parks and beaches. Beautiful and spacious, this home is minutes away from Port Townsend. Two-story windows fill the house with natural light and give a beautiful view to the outdoors. Upstairs bedroom is loft style, looking out over living room. Downtown Port Townsend is a 6 mile drive and grocery stores and other restaurants are even closer. I'm happy to give all kinds of recommendations for food, outdoor fun, and events going on in town.

It's all set up with desk for any remote workers with high speed internet. Lots of wildlife walk around property. Walking distance to Larry Scott Trail and close by other hiking parks. Downtown historic Port Townsend, WA is only a short 10 min drive away.
