From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the peaceful and serene environment that surrounds the property. The house itself is immaculate, showcasing a level of cleanliness that is truly commendable. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The amenities provided were outstanding, catering to every need with comfort and convenience. Whether it was the well-equipped kitchen, the cozy living spaces, or the comfortable bedrooms, everything was designed to offer the perfect blend of modern luxury and homely charm.

Absolutely stunning! Exactly as described in the listing. You cannot get much more private than this. Set atop a mountain with incredible views. We watched the sunset from the hot tub every night. Quebec city was a short 30 minute drive. Grocery store within 10 minutes. Bring your yoga mat! The drive up the mountain is likely tricky in the winter so heed his warning about snow tires. Otherwise very easy to find. Do not use Waze, it does not recognize this place. Google maps was perfect. Got us right to where we needed to be. Walking trails all around the property. We spent our days in Quebec city, and Ile de Orleans, but this place was calling us back every evening. We were very sad to leave, but extremely grateful that Nicolas put so much effort into building this beautiful spot. Absolutely cannot wait to return, and after my little one saw the pictures she can’t wait to check it out too!

Très bel endroit sur l'Ile d'Orléans. Vue spectaculaire. Très agréable de se promener aux alentours. Charmante maison pour un grand groupe. Nous étions 7 adultes et 4 enfants. Salle de bain privée dans chaque chambre. Les lits et la literie sont confortables. Plusieurs commodités qui rendent le séjour plus agréable. L'hôte est réactive et demeure disponible pour quoi que ce soit. À recommander sans hésitation!!!

We had a lovely stay. There's nothing to complain about. My kid stained the table cover with a marker so I got a fee of $50, a bit overpriced for a stain but... other than that everything was perfect.

Emplacement idéal sur l'île, on a tout à proximité. Mais surtout le logement est idéal pour une famille. C'est spacieux, la cuisine est très fonctionnel, les deux salles de bain sont vraiment appréciables. Tout est propre, la décoration est moderne, on passe la porte et on se sent tout de suite bien. L'hôte était totalement à l'écoute, disponible tout en nous laissant notre pleine intimité. Nous espérons vraiment pouvoir y savourer encore plein d'autres séjours ! Merci pour tout

Beautiful, clean home right near the St. Lawrence River! The space was exactly as pictured and described. Perfect for 2 people or 2 couples traveling! Very close to the ferry to Quebec, about a 12 minute walk on a walking path to the ferry terminal. Great amenities for a reasonable and fair cost! We hope to be back!

The place is certainly recommended for a large family of 6. Just need to be aware of the distance from Quebec city
