Extremely cute and comfortable stay. Would love to stay here again in the future. My girlfriend and dog really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the property and water. Only complaint is that the well water was smelly, which the owner warns about.

This was a fabulous spot to spend time with the grands! The pool options fit every age and filled our days with fun. It had everything we needed from laundry soap to beach towels! Great time!

Inga and Penthouse 418 were exceptional- from her hospitality, to the attention to detail, feeling of safety in the unit and property, lush and clean furnishings including live plants and high-end amenities, proximity to the beach (2 miles) and nearby shops (directly below), and detailed instructions for check in and out. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back. This place is a hidden gem and having Inga as a host made it that much more special.

Very clean and super close to the beach! I would say very affordable but the space is only meant for 2 and no more!

This was the cutest house. Everything was great quality that you usually don't see in rentals. Bed, pillows, shower heads everything was very nice. Large tvs in bedroom and living room with prime etc. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Everything you need is here (except hair dryer) and then some. Chairs, wagon, umbrellas for the beach, floats for the pool. Outside space was beautiful and the pool was awesome. All fenced in and doggies were very welcome here. 3 minute walk to the beach. 1/2 mile drive to a great restaurant Oceanside grill. Craig was super nice and was available for questions. Honestly this house is so cute I'd live here in a second ! Can't wait to go back. GREAT GREAT rental! ❤️

Great location. Well stocked with everything you need. Great appliances. Charming, “beachy” home with many great & quirky decorations that we love! Great guide (physical and online) to help you with things to do in the area. Great local restaurants. Walking distance to beach or plenty of parking. Very clean. Very clean pool. Stayed at many airbnbs and this one is up there in top 3, maybe the best. Would definitely book again. Thanks, Virginia & family, your home really made outrage trip that much better.

I couldn’t have picked a better listing! The home was spotless and exactly as described. Our dogs had a blast in the backyard, and when we were at the house, the peaceful sounds of the waterfall by the pool made lounging so relaxing—we even drifted off to sleep! Travis was an excellent communicator, always helpful and responsive. Despite being on the main road, it was incredibly quiet, and everyone slept soundly without any disturbances. My mom and grandma especially enjoyed the screened-in patio with a TV, which made their stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, we’ll be booking again when we travel with our family!

I had an enjoyable stay at The Florida Room. My dad was at rehab in the HCA Hospital and I was only 2 blocks away. Very walkable. The Lake Monroe trail was right there as well. The area is safe. The unit was extremely clean and the bed was soft and comfy. I was able to meet Kaitlyn on arrival and she was the sweetest thing. She made me feel right at home. I would definitely recommend her place!

The inside was beautiful. Looked exactly like the pictures. Furniture was comfortable and it felt like being at home. The outside patio was beautiful and peaceful. The bed was comfortable. We loved the house.

It was a good long stay for 2 weeks

This home was very beautiful and clean. My family especially enjoyed the swimming pool. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

I was blown away by the place, she has such an amazing place to stay in! I very much recommend coming to this spot. Shout out to Kelly for everything she provided!

There was a little search to find it, but she was very responsive and quick so there wasn’t an issue after receiving the instructions to check in. I really liked where the place was because it felt private and safe. Me and my friends were able to walk to some restaurants and easily to the beach. Some of the public accesses to the beach were knocked down due to the hurricane but the closest open one was not even a block away.

very roomy, clean, comfortable and Quiet. everything we needed was there to make a good meal for New Years Eve dinner. Loved the view will book again. very nice staff. clean property. Let us know where the good spots to watch the fireworks. very pleased.

Very friendly and helpful and very comfortable stay

Everything was exceptional. Even on a busy event week, this condo provided privacy and a great getaway. I’d happily return any time I’m back in Daytona. Theresa was on top of all communication and provided great recommendations and instructions for check in/out.
