There is not direct access to the lake but can enter through owner's yard. This lake area is for mainly non-motored boats such as sail boats, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, etc. We are 8miles from Portland International Airport, close to downtown shops, pubs, parks, and the waterfront. Our neighborhood is quiet & Burnt Bridge trail is close.

Tasteful and brand new guest house, beautiful neighborhood on the river. Guests have private deck facing yard and separate outdoor sitting area on the Willamette river (behind main house). Watch the birds, boats and riverboat cruise from the patio with fire pit. 2 miles from lightrail station, restaurants and shopping nearby and 15 mins. to downtown Portland. All are welcome! This is a place where wonderful things happen! Watch the birds and fish, enjoy nature. Relax and get refreshed. There are games for outside and inside. Because this is a rural area, the cell phone reception is not so good in some areas of the house, especially downstairs. TV works well and texting works everywhere. WiFi is good. We ask our guests to agree to our house rules and sign a Liability Waiver before checking in.

Quiet location, easy access to I-5, shopping, Lake Oswego, hiking, and the Tualatin River. The cottage has one bedroom w/ a queen bed, blow up queen mattress, and a large couch. The large fir trees on the property attract many birds and squirrels. We also have a flock of neighborhood peacocks that visit!
