The Bay Tree - Central & Quiet Location

The Bay Tree, in central Chichester, has been up and running for just over 7 years. The property was given a complete 'make-over' when we moved in, with the addition of a brand new kitchen. This takes centre stage at breakfast and has patio doors leading out into the garden. Upstairs there is a comfortable double bedroom ensuite. The room is quiet, light & airy, with a king size bed and shuttered windows. Free off street parking and WiFi included.

Please note the guest bed is a standard double size. Breakfast includes fresh fruit, local honey and eggs from the Hens if available as well as cereals, bread, teas, OJ and coffee.

Set in the grounds of a Grade II listed thatched cottage on the edge of Kings Worthy village, our annex is beautifully decorated and comfortable. With its own entrance and small private outdoor area, this property combines rural charm and handy local amenities (bus stop just outside to central Winchester and fantastic local pub just a two minute walk away). Tea and coffee are provided as well as breakfast cereals, bread/butter and fruit jams.

Private double room on ground floor adjacent to main house with separate entrance and key box & use of downstairs bathroom with shower. A toaster, microwave and large fridge are provided as well as a loaf of bread, fruit, cereals, milk and fruit juice as well as a selection of teas and coffees. Situated between Emsworth & Chichester and a short walking distance from part of the Chichester harbour.
