Genießen Sie eine Auszeit in diesem stilvoll renovierten Strandapartment mit Blick auf den Yachthafen, nur wenige Schritte von Praia da Rocha entfernt. Ruhig gelegen und dennoch in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäften. Die Wohnung wurde im Juli 2022 renoviert und bietet kostenloses WLAN, zwei großzügige Balkone sowie Zugang zum Gemeinschaftspool (täglich geöffnet vom 1. Juni bis 30. September, 8:00–21:00). Perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub am Meer.

Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.
