Brazos Moon: Hell's Gate Basin! Pool, Cliffside, Views, Luxury Home.

This completely renovated home is so lovely with breath-taking views of Hell's Gate Basin and Possum Kingdom Lake. Seriously, these are the best, most interesting views available on the lake. Brand new swimming pool, hot tub and pavillion overlooking the lake are where you will want to spend your days and evenings. This beautiful home sleeps 12 people in 3 bedrooms and a bunk room for 6. Two large bathrooms plus an extra double sink vanity accommodate everyone nicely. Another full bath is in the pool pavillion. Brand new kitchen. Free Wifi works inside and outside. Each bedroom has a TV (not in the photos yet) and large TVs provide great viewing in the living room and in the pavillion. The fireplace in the pavillion is the best spot to gether around for fall/winter evenings and football watching. Hot tub in pool is available to heat for $40/4-hour cycle. (We don't profit from this - it is just the cost of the 4 gallons of propane per hour that the spa heater uses.) We don't want to charge you if you aren't going to use it, so please select it in the optional fees as you book. Restrictions: This is the perfect place to entertain your well-mannered family and friends. We have poured our hearts (and our dollars) into perfecting every detail of this home for your enjoyment. Please treat it with respect. We expect it to be returned to us in the same excellent condition we lent it to you in. Also, we have lovely, kind neighbors on either side of us, and we value our relationship with them. Please respect them by keeping music volume and distractions to a minimum at all times, and especially after 10pm. *No bachelor or bachelorette parties. *Minimum age for main renter is 30 years old. *Maximum number of guests at any time is 12. *Owner must approve any additional guests visiting the property temporarily. *No guests under 21 without parent or legal guardian. *No smoking. *No pets. A few things to note: 1. This home has quite a few steps throughout the first level. 2 steps up from living room to dining room, 1 step down from kitchen to dining room, and more. 2. The swimming pool is not gated. If you have children that are not strong swimmers, PLEASE do not bring them unless you are prepared to watch them at all times, or have them wear a life jacket anytime downstairs doors are not locked. 3. This home is on the edge of a 90 foot cliff that drops into the water. There is a railing, but please do not bring children or others that may be tempted to climb over the fence. No cliff diving allowed! 4. This home is transitioning into a smart home, and there are 2 security cameras outside that are unmonitored unless there is a problem. Bring your family and come stay. You will never want to leave!

PK Getaway on Possum Kingdom Lake (Near Rocker B)

Come enjoy all that Possum Kingdom Lake has to offer at PK Getaway! 4 bedrooms (2 King beds, 1 Queen bed and two bunk beds) provide sleeping for 8 people. 2.5 baths, washer/dryer, two refrigerators, and a fully furnished kitchen provide all you will need for your stay on PK! The Kitchen/Dining Area, Family Room and Master Bedroom are upstairs. While here, you will have access to a boat ramp and courtesy dock, so bring your boat(s) and PWC. Relax at night in the hot tub or around the fire pit.

6 bedroom rocker b 10 miles, has water access@pool

Family fun packed vacation home, With space to roam outside and plenty relaxing areas inside home. Centrally located near rocker b about 12 min, close to restaurants grocery store the cliffs public areas. Located north end of lake on 7acres coming summer 2025 new community pool hot tub and outdoor pavilion kitchen . Access to fishing hiking swimming boat riding and all the fun activities pk has to offer. Bring the family or team and just kick back relax take the adventure and enjoy this moment.

The Retreat at PK Lake! Situated just across the street from the lake, and a short drive to the restaurants. This adorable 3-bedroom/2 bath vacation rental sleeps 8 people and has all essentials (free WiFi, a Smart TV, and a full kitchen). Home features comfortable living room fabulous lay out for kitchen and 2 bedrooms 1 with queen bed and 1 with queen over queen bunks couch make a queen bed. Fenced yard with bbq grill hot tub fire pit and dining table front decked porch great place for that morning cup coffee . Central located and only minutes to most attractions at pk. Lakefront luxury Condo featuring pool, hot tub, fire pit, gym, free laundry. There's more, a pool side pavilion for outdoor dining, with 2 gas grilling, big screen TV, tables and chairs. Built in 2020 there are only 15 luxury units all 2 BDRM, 2 BA, and balcony overlooking the pool and lake. Condo is just over 1200sf. Gated parking lot with elevator to the second floor. All furnisings in our condo are new as of April 2021. Knock-out lake views from our balony. Sleeps 8.
