Απολαύστε μια εμπειρία γεμάτη στιλ σε αυτόν τον χώρο. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του χωριού Ποταμιά, ακριβώς μπροστά από τον γνωστό πλάτανο. Σε απόσταση μόλις 5 μ. θα βρείτε μίνι μάρκετ, φούρνο, καφέ,εστιατόρια κτλ. Η θάλασσα απέχει περίπου 3 χλμ. (10λεπτά οδήγηση). Υπάρχει άφθονος χώρος δωρεάν πάρκινγκ περιμετρικά του σπιτιού.
