Welcome to Maison Principale , thé house is situated in the stunning village of Poudenas . Newly Renovated The House has a large open plan lounge and kitchen , with a large Log burner for your use. 2 double bedrooms and a mezzanine which can sleep 2 ( has low ceiling ) . A large shower room and a utility with washing machine for your use. Outside to the rear is a garden with a small pool (3m x2m) a lovely seating area and BBQ . To the front is a lovely Terrace with a seating area .

Maison de village-Piscine chauffée & cuisine d'été

Cette villa de 300m2 peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 pers. Située à 5 min à pied du centre bourg, dans un parc protégé, elle offre 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain dont une chambre au rdch, une grande cuisine avec évier en pierre et ilôt central, une cuisinière traditionnelle, un immense frigo et une arrière cuisine. Le parc, une grande piscine (2,40 m de prof !!) chauffée sur demande, une cuisine d'été équipée et une terrasse couverte vous convaincront que le bonheur n'est pas si loin.

Évadez-vous à deux dans notre écolodge niché en pleine forêt, avec vue sur le lac. Confort et authenticité s’unissent : poêle à bois, climatisation réversible et un lit king size (200x200) pour des nuits douces et reposantes. Après une balade au grand air, détendez-vous dans votre bain nordique privatif, chauffé au feu de bois, en contemplant la nature qui vous entoure. Un cocon romantique où calme et bien-être se rencontrent, pour des souvenirs inoubliables à deux.

Le bungalow se situe dans notre propriété de 3000m². Pour 2 personnes uniquement. Piscine partagée (non chauffée) débâchée de mai à septembre. Nécessaire de base fourni (draps, serviettes, torchons, savon...) Le bungalow est situé à l'entrée du joli village animé de Mézin, à la pointe du Lot et Garonne, frontalier avec le Gers et les Landes. Les commerces du centre sont accessibles à pied (boulangerie, cave, restaurant, pharmacie...).

A la limite du Gers et des Landes, cette ancienne maison en lot et Garonne a été entièrement rénovée, un réel havre de paix en pleine nature avec piscine privée Grand jardin clotûré Amoureux de la fôret, maison idéale pour activités en famille : VTT, balades, recherche de champignons, running… week-end sur demande hors période HS( juillet et aôut )minimum 7 nuits *Draps : 10 euros par chambre linge de toilette 5 euros par pers

Nous serons ravis de vous accueillir en toute simplicité et respectueux. Le centre équestre Lou Chibaou se trouve à 1 km, l'acrobranche de Cap Cauderoue à 4 km ainsi que le Golf d'Albret. A proximité le Moulin des Tours, le Château d'Henry IV, La Bastide de Vianne et le Ludoparc.
