Cleaning fee included in the price, this three bedroom home is all yours located between Lund and Powell River. Enjoy the huge yard for your pup and kiddos with lots of open space inside as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a large deck where you can sip your coffee watch the sunrise and the wildlife passing by the orchard. There is a wood stove that can be lit for additional heat in the winter. I have this going on arrival on colder days. Just add a log and enjoy a glass of wine

Spacious 2 bedroom ground level suite is in my home. It provides everything you need to enjoy your time while exploring Powell River. Own private entrance and driveway, patio with barbecue, internet, TV, Roku. Fully equipped kitchen. Pets are welcome. It is considered rural-12 km to town, 3km to the golf course (towards town) and 4 km south to a beach. The neighborhood is quiet which makes it conducive to a good night's sleep. This cozy home gives you the best of both worlds, surrounded by mature forest with an ocean view. Take in the view from the private patio off the master bedroom or the patio, off the living room. Watch the birds from the patios by day. On a clear night, you'll experience a quiet star filled sky and perhaps spot a bat or two. Away from traffic noise, this is a quiet getaway. My place is pet friendly, limited to one pet.
