Cleaning fee included in the price, this three bedroom home is all yours located between Lund and Powell River. Enjoy the huge yard for your pup and kiddos with lots of open space inside as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a large deck where you can sip your coffee watch the sunrise and the wildlife passing by the orchard. There is a wood stove that can be lit for additional heat in the winter. I have this going on arrival on colder days. Just add a log and enjoy a glass of wine

The space has wonderful amenities including a spa-worthy bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and two patio spaces.

*HOT TUB* This bnb is located on the back corner of our 2.5 acre property and has a bird's eye view of our chicken coop (don't worry, no crowing roosters, only hens). Our property is located only a quick 5 minute walk to Frolander Bay Beach and a 10 minute drive to the Saltery Bay Ferry Terminal. This bnb is made up of 3 cottages - main, bathroom and flex room. Cozy 240 sq ft tiny cabin with all the essentials, including washer/dryer, small oven, fridge, and microwave. Features an indoor shower plus a seasonal outdoor shower (hot & cold, May–Sept).
