The apartment, on the fourth floor of a secured, upmarket condominium, was very spacious and light, featuring three balconies and large windows with a fantastic view onto the hills of Praia, the parliament building, the direct neighborhood, as well as the sea. The property was located approximately 100 meters off the coast, as the crow flies, a little out of town, but yet within 20 minutes' walking distance of the main shopping street of Palmarejo. We had an own lot in the basement garage for our car. The apartment was very tidy and clean upon our arrival; the kitchen well equipped; the beds comfortable. We communicated with our host exclusively in writing, at some point being asked to top up the electricity meter inside the flat. The pool on the roof-top could do with a slightly higher wind deflector. On the day of our departure, the cleaning lady was already waiting in front of the door. Overall, we did enjoy our stay very much and recommend this place without reservation!

A piscina deixou as crianças encantadas! O apartamento está bem localizado, perto na universidade, no bairro do Palmarejo que tem imensa vida e a 10min da praia de KebraKanela Os anfitriões foram super acessíveis, atenciosos. Mal posso esperar por voltar a esta casa onde me senti “em casa” no próximo ano

The unit is just as shown in the pictures. Very nice and clean place. New Development. Building seems to be very safe. A key is needed for the main door to access inside in the building. Safety and security was big for me and this place did feel secure. The cleaning lady was amazing and helpful. Rooftop is shared so laundry is left to dry up there but I never had any issues with my neighbors. Only downsides were the water did run out and we did not have any running water for a few hours. The master bedroom door did lock on it’s own and would not open, there was an issue with the handle it came loose and was not operating properly. Besides those two hiccups I enjoyed my time there. I stayed for about 15 days and felt at home.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour chez Ana, une Dame formidable, très disponible, l'appartement était exactement comme sur les photos, propre, spacieux, eau chaude, rien à dire, merci Ana pour l'accueil et ton aide précieuse, nous reviendrons très certainement. Merci encore. Gisele Médina

Appartement très agréable dans un quartier certes un peu excentré mais il est très facile de rejoindre le Plateau en taxi (2€). Jey est un hôte particulièrement disponible et prévenant qui s'est notamment chargé de notre transport depuis et vers l'aéroport. Ce qui a été très appréciable puisque le vol intérieur (caboverde Airlines) est parti avec 7 h de retard. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour dans ce logement.

Le logement est très bien situé à proximité de l'aéroport, ce qui est utile. Nous avons eu une coupure d'eau, mais Manuel et Ana Paula a été réactif pour rapidement régler le problème. Au moment de partir, ils nous ont aidé à trouver un taxi (800 ECV) en direction de la ville.

This is where you want to be! Pool large enough for short laps. The house is huge! Lucas' relatives are across the driveway and very helpful with issues. Expect some family activity, but other times completely quiet, and we had the pool to ourselves whenever we used it. Rental car needed.

Très jolie villa spacieuse, hôte très réactif et disponible, dans un quartier résidentiel calme et commodités accessibles, à 10 minutes à pied de la plage. De plus, la climatisation dans chaque chambre, et le coin extérieur cosy avec piscine très propre sont très appréciables.

Je remercie Fatima qui est restée disponible tout le long de notre séjour. L’appartement est conforme à la description, la résidence est sécurisée avec gardien. Il y a des places tout autour de la résidence pour se garer. Fatima nous a laissé une place de parking au sous-sol. Je reviendrai dans ce logement si je dois revenir à l’île de Santiago,. Je le recommande, surtout si vous êtes un groupe. Ravie d’avoir été chez toi Fatima.

Super bonne accueil à l’arrivée, l’hôte c’est montré disponible et réactive en cas de besoin. Nous étions un groupe de 4 filles, nous avons bien aimé l’emplacement avec tout a proximité ex: épicerie, centre commercial… Nous vous remercions et espérons revenir.

Le logement est confortable et situé dans un quartier calme près du front de mer. Bonne communication avec Eunice qui répond aux appels. Je recommande.

Appartement immense avec trois chambres et terrasse privative donnant sur le jardin de Lourdes, elle nous a même offert de la papaye tout juste récoltée ! Le logement est propre et à deux minutes du centre ville. Lourdes a été très réactive, nous a gentiment conseillée et nous a même facilité nos déplacements vers Serra Malagueta et Tarrafal Je recommande totalement ! Merci pour tout !
