Downstairs you’ll find living, dining and kitchen. Relax on the back deck with private yard or on the front porch watching passerbys.

For our fishermen- there is off street parking for your boats.

This apartment also includes a full size bathroom, a full kitchen, laundry area, and a dining room area. There is also a full parking area for boats/etc.

Historic Barr House Walk to the Mississippi River

The Historic Barr House, located 2 blocks from the Mississippi River, is a great location. The home was built in the 1800s and has been recently renovated, but retains its charm. Local attractions include, Mississippi River views, Pikes Peak State Park, Effigy Mounds National Monument, fishing and boating, antique shops and restaurants, seasonal events. The Cottage

A Quaint Cottage on the Mississippi River one mile north of Marquette, IA. One bedroom with additional sofa sleeper in the common area. Public boat landing, Casino and Winery all within one mile.
