Face mer, plein sud, au calme d'une impasse, c'est une maison traditionnelle très lumineuse, sur une parcelle de 1800 m2 et restructurée en 2023. Prazeres est au centre de la partie la plus ensoleillée de Madeira. Profitez des terrasses, du jardin, de la piscine chauffée (8x3m) et du verger avec ses fruits exotiques et européens. A l'intérieur, un vaste salon, une grande cuisine dinatoire et 3 espaces privés (chaque chambre a une salle d'eau avec WC). L'océan marque chaque pièce de sa présence.

Casa Terrãço is a restored stone house that combines the unique charm of a centuries-old structure with modern comfort. The house features an open floor plan on the first level with a fully equipped kitchen and living space that offers ocean views through a big glass door. The top floor contains a spacious bedroom that opens to a large private terrace, providing breathtaking views of the ocean. Outside you will have a private area with a fire pit and access to the shared heated saltwater pool.

The Grey Rock Villa proposes 2 en-suite bedrooms for up to 4 guests, and great facilities such as its private heated infinity swimming pool, designer fireplace and kitchen islet and other luxurious pieces of equipment. It blends harmoniously in the cliffy landscape and with the neighbouring 1 bedroom Beige Rock Villa while offering large views over the Atlantic ocean. The Rock Villas can also be rented together: a peaceful and stylish getaway on the South West coast of the island of Madeira.

Guests have full access to the garden and heated saltwater pool. New Tourism Tax already included in the price, so we'll take care of that for you.

A 10 minutes en voiture de Calheta, Jardim do Mar est un petit village romantique en bord de mer avec vue panoramique sur la mer. Il est exceptionnel pour Madère car il est proche du niveau de la mer et la plupart de ses maisons sont accessibles par un labyrinthe de jolis chemins. Son petit hôtel, son restaurant et ses 2 bars sont proches de la villa d’où on peut également joindre facilement la promenade et la plage de galets.
