Kuća je ograđena visokim, kamenim, zidovima koji jamče potpunu privatnost.Vrt je pun mediteranskog bilja u kojemu je smješteno dječje igralište. Small stone summer house with private entrance, 10m from the sea, no need for air condition. There are two levels, the bedroom is on the upper floor. Downstairs is a kitchen and a bathroom, and a small front yard with the dining table where the guests usually have their meals. Within walking range (500m) from the village center where one can find everything one could need when on vacation (supermarket, restaurants and cafe bars, doctor, sand beach, cultural events, etc...)

Idealna je za obitelji koje žele provesti odmor uživajući u miru, čistom moru,mediteranskoj hrani i ljubaznim mještanima.,a udaljena je samo 50m od mora. U blizini se nalazi poznata pješčana plaža Sakarun, a i Park prirode Telašćica.
