La Casa Ingrid is located in Banjole, on an unique position with wonderful sea view in Soline cove. Beach is only 20 m away. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea breeze on a terrace with great view, or sunbathe on beach chairs. House has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living room with Internet enabled TV. BBQ is free to use (it is shared with guests from other apartments). It is possible to rent a boat mooring - with further notice and in agreement with the owner. Wi-fi and parking are free and available on site. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Kuća je udaljena 2 km od svih sadržaja.Nalazi se u središnjoj Istri, što je čini izvrsnim polazištem za istraživanje cijelog poluotoka. Natkriveni parking za 2 auta.

Smještaj je idealan za parove, ali i za solo putnike koji žele uživati u autentičnom ambijentu i mirnom okruženju, daleko od gradske buke, a opet blizu grada.

Das Apartment ist Teil des Kuća Penja, einem Ferienhaus mit künstlerischem Flair. Weitere Apartments und ein Wintergarten (Gruppenraum) mit Bad und Waschmaschine sind zubuchbar. Die Farbgestaltung durch Gemälde, Kreativmaterial und Gitarre laden zum Wohlfühlen und Ausprobieren ein. Die Einrichtung ist weder modern noch perfekt, aber liebevoll und individuell. Leider für Kleinkinder ungeeignet. Toplage, südliche Terrasse mit schönem Blick, 5 Gehminuten zum Meer, der Naturpark grenzt ans Dorf.

Casa Percan - 5 min walk to the beach

Casa Percan is a new and modern holiday home with whirlpool. A large swimming pool with deckchairs is available for use right across the street. It's located in a quiet part of Premantura. The holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms (one bed 160 x 200 and two bunk beds), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. There is a free private parking. In the yard there is a summer kitchen with a grill on gas, seating area, and also loungers for relaxing.

It’s all about the village – a charming, tranquil place surrounded by endless olive groves and sun-drenched meadows. Here, you’ll find peace and elegance in our stylish, newly built villa from 2019. Our traditional istrian stone house is renovated 2020. In front of the house you will find a large covered terrace wich is ideal for relaxing and preparing grilled meals. You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season. Shop 200m, City mall 2.5km, beach 5km, centar of Pula 3km, airport 5km.

Charming little house "Belveder "

Kuća "Belveder" sastoji se od jedne jednokrevetne prostrane spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka s blagovaonicom i kuhinjom, te kupaonicom s walk in tuš, i perilicom rublja. Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, fritezom na vrući zrak, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. Kuća ima prekrasnu terasu na kojoj se nalazi kamin na drva. Besplatno parkirno mjesto je na javnoj površini ispred kuće. Dobrodošli!

Modern family home in a prime location, just 150 m from Uvala Soline beach. Offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed for 2 guests. The city centre is 2.5 km away with good bus connections. Outside features a deck with BBQ and lounge area, private yard with swing, and a private heated pool (7x3 m, built 2023) with sunbeds. The pool is heated for added comfort, up to 26°C. Private parking for 2 cars.
