Stunning views over the countryside from your balcony provides a perfect backdrop for your relaxing stay. There is a Sauna on site bookable for an extra fee, just request.

Large self-contained detached studio

Cliddesden is a village on the edge of the North Hampshire Downs yet close to the town of Basingstoke. Guests staying here can enjoy lovely country walks whilst still very close to the amenities of Basingstoke. Our studio is very spacious with it`s own patio and garden furniture, weather permitting. Kitchenette has limited facilities but a popular country pub is within a 5 minute walk and offers great Thai and English food. Smart TV, Ethernet and WiFi available.

The Stables at Warren Farm. Rustic charm

Warren Farm is 2 miles from Alton, which is famous for the Watercress Line steam railway and the home of Jane Austen. We are also on the edge of the South Downs National Park and within easy reach of Winchester and the Historic Dockyards and ferry terminals in Portsmouth. The Stables has it's own entrance from the beautiful garden room which adjoins our barn. There are country views and footpaths if you are feeling energetic! We look forward to welcoming you.

Lovely one bed flat with free parking on premises

A small but perfectly formed one bedroom flat in a rural location. The Annex has a small kitchen with hob, cooker and microwave. There is a table for eating. One double bed and a shower room. We have good broadband and there is parking on the property. The village has a great pub within walking distance and plenty of lovely walks. We are about 11 miles from Winchester and 3 miles from Jane Austen's Chawton. Our stairs into the flat are steep and narrow.

The Barn @ North Lodge -Soho Farmhouse-esque Cabin

Inspired by Soho Farmhouse. A stylish converted barn set in the grounds of a Georgian Lodge within the South Downs National Park. Conveniently located close to the picturesque market towns of Alresford, Petersfield, Alton and historic Winchester, it is an ideal base to both explore Hampshire and kick back and relax in luxury. Fully functional self contained annex for single occupancy (located in close proximity to family house) but in a quiet location with lovely views across fields and no disturbance from main residence. Secure off road parking with latest kitchen facilities for those that want to cook or a nice local pub/restaurant in walking distance for those that don't. (Unable to offer long term lets or double occupancy)

The "Loft House" was built in 2017 and has been freshly decorated to create a calm and stylish space. It is situated in a truly beautiful and tranquil rural location, and is a fantastic base to explore this lovely part of Hampshire. It is a cosy compact space so ideal for a couple or two adults, and could also accommodate up to two children. It is not suitable for more than two adults.
