The property is a contemporary studio with living space and kitchenette, separate shower room, king bed and seating area with 3/4 sofa bed (available when booking for 3 or 4 adults). The name JANA comes from the first 2 letters of my granddads name and last 2 letters of my grandmothers.

This lovely open plan loft apartment is in Woodthorpe, a charming hamlet on the outskirts of Loughborough. A five minute drive to Loughborough or the University. The loft has views over Beacon Hill and can walk directly out into the countryside. It is situated on a country lane which not a through road so very quiet. The property has a small kitchenette with a microwave, two ring induction hob, frying pan and saucepan. A fridge, sink, kettle and plates, bowls and cutlery.

Two upstairs bedrooms, with a king size bed and Freeview TV, plus one with single (further beds on discussion); bathroom upstairs and downstairs shower room. Downstairs sitting room with Wi-Fi TV, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge (no freezer), without a kitchen sink. Washing up service provided. This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.
