LARGE "UPSIDE DOWN" HOUSE SLEEPING UP TO 10 (MAX 8 ADULTS) AND 2 DOGS WELCOME TOO! Silversands House is a Dartmouth-style 4 bedroom house at The Bay Filey. In a front row position, it has an unspoilt view of the entire Filey Bay from Carr Naze/Brigg over to Bempton Cliffs. It is the only upside down house at The Bay to make the most of the views from the balcony off the open plan living area. It also has 2 extra camp beds (suitable for children) so it can accommodate up to 10 (max 8 adults).

The Old Coastguard Station sits overlooking Filey Bay and has stunning views of the sea from every room. The Owlery at Mill Farm

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. There is a private garden.

Seaview Lodge (sea view 3 bedrooms)

Our beautiful lodge is situated on a quieter part of Primrose Valley Holiday Park (Havens flagship park). We only book Saturday to Saturday 7 Nights.Passes are available from Haven to use the three fabulous swimming pools, entertainment venues and activities. There are also eateries, restaurant, shop and launderette within a 10 minute walk. Our lodge overlooks Reighton Bay, in a front row sea view position with beach access close by. The caravan is stylish and comfortable with a large balcony.

Lavender Cottage is a well equipped modern cottage situated on an award winning holiday complex 'The Bay', located on the outskirts of Filey. The cottage has a south facing patio, which backs on to a communal garden space. The site has several on site facilities such as a public house, tennis court, archery, complementary access to swimming pool and gym, and has direct access to a pet friendly beach. There is no designated parking on the site but there is plenty located around the cottage.

Sunkissed Cottage is an Eco cottage with a log burner and underfloor heating throughout then South facing gardens make it perfect for lazy summer days or cosy winter breaks. Our beautiful family cottage is located at The Bay Holiday Village, Filey. Miles of quite golden sandy beaches a short walk away. A fantastic location for the site amenities, just a short walk to the Pub, cafe and leisure centre. Sister property to Salty Kisses, sleeping 9 and Sandy Toes sleeping 5. Both also at The Bay.

The Lake View Lodge is located on the new Meadows development. It is pet friendly and has a country theme inside. We have a log burner, two en-suites and an open planned kitchen/living space. We also have Wi-Fi, board games/Netflix/Disney+/Xbox Series S/Homepod. It’s a short walk to the beach. On site facilities include a leisure centre with gym & swimming pool, tennis court, wildflower meadow, children's play area, archery, pub, restaurant, pharmacy, beautician and more.
