This is truly one of the most stunning places I have ever stayed when it comes to nature on your doorstep. We loved it and hope to return as soon as possible

Kyle's place was beautifully furnished and very peaceful. It is centrally located and walking distance from all of the attractions that Prince Albert has to offer. We had a minor issue with the wifi not having data, but managed to sort it out. We would recommend this listing to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend away.

Amazing views and great accommodation !

We had a peaceful relaxing weekend at the Old School House, its very charming, full of character, and comfortable. The surroundings and views of the mountains are beautiful, we had a walk down to the river which also very charming.

This was the PERFECT stopover place. The kitchen is well equipped. The rooms and living area are very spacious. Very comfortable and exactly what we needed. Tia spoilt us with some fresh bread too which was a treat. We would 100% stay here again - highly recommended!

Lovely and quiet breakaway on a secluded farm in the middle of the mountains. Great for some family time and rest, definitely recommend it.

The view from the cottages is amazing! They are also great hosts, putting lots of extra effort in small details to make you feel at home.

We loved our stay, perfectly situated as a half way point for our trip to Cape Town. Karen was lovely and communicated throughout, being able to order dinner for the evening was a nice touch and the lamb was great. Thank you for having us

We stayed for 1 night on our drive from Joburg back to Cape Town. It was the perfect overnight stopover for us. We could have easily planned a longer stay after discovering how cool the Karoo National Park was on our drive out the next day. Izak did a great job stocking the apartment with everything you need and utilized the space very well. It was comfortable, private, and is on a beautiful property. We would recommend a stay here to anyone, especially for the road trippers who want a day or so exploring the Karoo.

Our stay at the farm was nothing short of exceptional. Traveling as a family of four with our dog, we felt immediately welcomed by Louis and his family, who anticipated our every need with genuine warmth and care. Set against breathtaking mountain scenery, every day brought a new adventure. We enjoyed a memorable walk to the stunning waterfall, had plenty of fun in the swimming pool, and immersed ourselves in the natural beauty of the surroundings. Beyond the property, the area offers a wealth of activities—from invigorating hikes at the top of the Swartberg Pass and explorations of the Cango Caves to visits to an ostrich farm. This destination truly provides the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, making it an ideal getaway for families seeking comfort, excitement, and a connection with nature.

We totally loved our 3 day stay. The location is stunning. Total privacy and the stars at night are magnificent. The wood fired tub is a winner. We would definitely come back. Peter and Celia and the staff on the farm were all so friendly and welcoming. We would definitely recommend Goose Cottage for a cosy comfortable getaway. Total unwinding.

This place is ideal anyone who seeks peace and quiet. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the accommodation are top-notch and you can tell a lot of effort went into building it. The views of the mountain and orchards are absolutely awesome, making it an incredible spot to relax and take it all in. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Vygiebos cottage for 3 nights and it was absolute bliss...The Karoo quiet cannot be described in words and a must on the bucket list for all... lovely hosts, beautiful basic cottage with everything you need for a no nonsense break... We will definitely be back, highly recommended!!!!

Sehr schöne und idyllische Gegend. Ein schönes Umfeld um abzuschalten und sich auf die Natur zu konzentrieren. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und hatte viele kleine Überraschungen parat wie z. B. einen Hausbewohner (Schildkröte).
