Kliprivier Cottage is nestled within vineyards and surrounded by the beautiful Stettyn mountains. We are completely off-grid with solar electricity, so it's the perfect escape from the city where one can forget about load shedding and traffic for a while. We are just across the road from Stettyn Family Vineyards tasting room, where award winning wines and cheese platters can be enjoyed. We've got amazing MTB / running trials, as well as a beautiful dam to do some bass fishing and/or birding.

This modern luxury ground floor studio apartment is fully equipped and offers uninterrupted views of the ocean and the Rooiels rocky shore. The studio is within 100 metres of the Rooiels Nature Reserve where a short trail leads you to Otter Cove - a natural tidal pool amongst the rocks. The pristine, sandy main beach is also easily accessible via a 15min walk or 5min drive.

Relax and unwind! Enjoy an early morning cuppa while gazing at endless view of False Bay and mountains with the sound of waves and birdsong. You might even get lucky with dolphin or whale sightings! The sand dunes are 15 meters from the house, and the beach a 3 minute walk Great for 1 or 2 families with up to 6 children, or 3 couples. Please note: not suitable for more than 6 adults. The house is set up with a well equipped kitchen, in- and outdoor braai, board/lawn games and a TV with Netflix.
