Hôte accueillant et chaleureux ! Le logement était parfait et calme, et les chiens sont supers gentils !!

Perfecte villa voor maximaal 4 personen. Wij waren met zijn tweetjes en hadden volop ruimte. Prachtige tuin, tuintafel + stoelen, ligstoelen en ligbedden, zon/schaduw: geweldig! Goed uitgeruste keuken. Badkamer is wat klein en beetje gedateerd, maar àlles functioneert prima. Geweldige host die snel reageert en direct helpt bij alle vragen. Kortom: uitstekende accommodatie voor bezoek aan Gaeta, Sperlonga en strand!!

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

Posto perfetto per qualche giorno in questa splendida isola. La casa si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, con ristoranti e supermercati a pochi passi. Bella vista da una terrazza spaziosa. Menzione speciale per la signora Restituta che è stata super disponibile e molto attenta alle nostre esigenze. che dire, super consigliata. Prezzo nella media dell'isola in quasi alta stagione. Silenziosa, accogliente e piena di luce. Andateci!

Paolo è stato un host eccezionale. Sempre disponibile e cortese, ha risposto con grande gentilezza a tutte le mie richieste. La sua disponibilità mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio durante tutto il soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente il suo bnb a chiunque cerchi un’esperienza senza preoccupazioni e un host davvero attento.

Ho avuto un soggiorno fantastico e non posso che raccomandare vivamente questa struttura. L'alloggio è molto pulito, ampio e confortevole, perfetto per rilassarsi. I padroni di casa, Gianni e Carolina, sono persone squisite che fanno sentire gli ospiti ben accolti. La casa presenta un'ampia veranda coperta e un giardino attrezzato con barbecue, in un contesto tranquillo e silenzioso. Tutto era in ottimo stato e la casa confortevole. Un encomio va al signor Gianni che In questo periodo di giornate così fredde, la sua attenzione ai dettagli ha fatto la differenza. Mi ha chiamata la mattina per informarsi riguardo l'orario del mio arrivo e, al mio ingresso, ho trovato i termosifoni accesi, creando un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Questa coccola non è passata inosservata e ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più confortevole.

Irene was a perfect host. Greeted us when we got there, filled the fridge with some drinks, and had small breakfast snacks on the table. Place was exactly how she described and she was very easy to get in touch with.

It was a good place to stay with a little bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. Danilo is great with communication and accommodating us for our needs, friendly host.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni in 3 ragazze di Roma e Napoli in occasione di un meeting di lavoro in smartworking, ognuna aveva la sua privacy in casa con le 3 camere da letto, buona connessione wifi e grazie alla sua posizione centrale a Terracina, non abbiamo avuto problemi per uscire a pranzo o cena a mangiare tra ristoranti o pizzerie (ottima quella di Giu Giu’ giusto fronte casa). Supermercato e spiaggia a meno di 2 min a piedi. Splendida terrazza vista mare per la colazione. Comodo il parcheggio riservato e box auto proprio sotto casa. Cucina fornita di tutto anche se non abbiamo mai cucinato. Grazie ancora a Marco per la sua disponibilita’ e cortesia con suggerimenti della zona, non ultimo il suo Centro storico e Cattedrale.

There was good communication throughout with Marco, he met us at check in . This was an excellent location, a quiet neighbourhood, very near to shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the wonderful beach. We swam in March ! also, there is a great local market on Weds. This is a huge, stylish and modern flat with lots of space and 4 balconies. There is everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. We had a dinner party for 8, including Italian friends, and it was easy. We would highly rate this accommodation.

Rita was extremely helpful when we had issues getting in which was totally my fault as I forgot to check out the pictures she sent. But we got in without a hitch and had a great stay!

Es war absolut traumhaft, von der freundlichen Begrüßung bis zur unkomplizierten Abreise. Giovanni war jederzeit zu erreichen und hat sich direkt gekümmert. Das Umfeld in Nettuno könnte mehr bieten, das hat aber nichts mit dieser tollen Wohnung zu tun. Empfehlenswert ist auch die Pizzeria im gleichen Haus! Ansonsten ist der Strand und der Bahnhof sehr gut zu erreichen. Absolute Empfehlung unsererseits

Paola is a thoughtful , kind, wonderful host and the apartment is just as described. It is on a quiet street yet less than 10 minutes walking distance to the beach, center & port. Paola has thought of everything, demonstrating a real commitment to providing all that her guests may need (beach umbrellas, cold drinks in the fridge and even ingredients to make a simple supper). Thank you so much Paola!

Norman e la sua famiglia sono stati eccezionali! Hanno sempre risposto immediatamente con gentilezza e in maniera accomodante a tutte le nostre richieste. La casa è molto bella, ben arredata con due balconi di cui uno con vista mare e ha veramente tutto ciò di ciò si ha bisogno (Lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ferro da tiro, phon, macchina per il caffè nespresso con cialde, asciugamani, accappatoi, lenzuola, bel divano, poltrona, due tv con tv in streaming gratuita, ottimo wifi, ripostiglio, ascensore, due bagni, armadi con stampelle in abbondanza, scarpiere, scrivania in cameretta, aria condizionata in tutta casa etc etc) È molto vicina alla spiaggia e anche ad agosto si riesce a trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze (liberi o a pagamento). Se avremo ancora intenzione di passare le nostre vacanze a Terracina sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta!

Vi tillbringade en månad i lägenheten. Vi hade det så bra. Lägenheten var jättefin. Det var modern och fräsch. Sängarna var väldigt sköna. Utsikten över dalen var fantastisk och poolen var verkligen jättefin. vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende. Tänk på att följa instruktionen på hur du ska köra för att komma fram till lägenheten. Cathys instruktion är mycket tydlig och följ den för då kommer du rätt. Vi gjorde det och det blev väldigt bra. GPS visar en annan väg nämligen. Cathy och Malcolm är mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga. En supervärd helt enkelt! Vi är så nöjda med vår vistelse!

Il nostro soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato davvero piacevole. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con grande disponibilità e gentilezza. L’host si è dimostrato sempre attento e pronto ad aiutarci nella risoluzione di ogni piccolo problema, facendoci sentire a nostro agio e benvenuti. È evidente l’impegno e la cura dedicati all’accoglienza degli ospiti, e questo ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più positiva. Siamo felici di essere stati tra i primi a soggiornare qui e auguriamo il meglio per questa nuova avventura. La posizione è centrale e comoda a ristoranti, porto e stazione. A due passi dal mare. Consigliamo sicuramente questa struttura a chi cerca un soggiorno piacevole e un host attento e disponibile.

Great location, 4mins to Serapo beach. Spacious apartment with every commodities. The host was very responsive, went out of his way to help my mum and her friend in anything they needed. I hope we’ll stay here again next year. Highly recommend. Thank you Felice and Assunta. 😊

It’s a very nice apartment with a great view, located close to cafés, restaurants and supermarkets so it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. It was also very easy to communicate before checking in. We got a response within a couple of minutes and simple instructions so we didn’t have any problems when we got there. Highly recommended to stay here!

This was one of the best experiences over many years of extensive traveling. We liked the wide spaces inside the attic apartment and on the huge terrace from where you can see the sea in the distance. We liked also to be able to park our car in a car pot inside the beautiful courtyard. Valentina and her family are really special. They made us feel right at home without being intrusive. We often took the train from Anzio Colonia to go to ROME and we found it very convenient.

We had an amazing time. Monica could not be nicer and was very responsive coordinating taxis for us from and to the train station and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The location cannot be beat. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything was amazing! The house was quiet, clean, comfortable, with a beautiful view. Francesco was super communicative and proactive, he gave us local recommendations and helped with any questions we had. The restaurant he recommended us was amazing - he even made a recommendation for us, making the whole experience seamless. His mom, Paola, was really friendly and helped us navigate the check in, check out, and questions at the airbnb. When they saw us having questions navigating to the train station, they even offered us a ride! Truly the e best hosts ever!

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura per caso è ce ne siamo innamorati per scelta. Struttura pulitissima, adatta anche per famiglie numerose. Noi eravamo 7 persone e ci siamo adattati perfettamente: 3 stanze, 2 bagni, una sala pranzo impeccabile ed una cucina comodissima. Beh, che dire: perfetta. Non mancherà modo di ritornarci, la consiglio vivamente se siete alla ricerca di un alloggio pulito, centrale e a due passi dal lungomare. Consigliatissimo!

Una splendida vista da cui non ti staccheresti mai incornicia l’alloggio, curato con la gentilezza che contraddistingue Silvia, sua mamma e sua sorella. L’appartamento è semplice ma attrezzatissimo, e fornito di accortezze che non sempre trovate nei b&b (detergenti, caffè, olio, sale, ecc). Nonostante la sorpresa (errore mio nel non aver letto bene perché c’era assolutamente scritto!) nel comprendere che lo spazio della terrazza che credevo fosse privato era in realtà condiviso, il nostro alloggio non è mancato di nulla, nemmeno di privacy. Quattro splendidi giorni, ed una location semplicemente perfetta per esplorare Ponza ed avere tutte le comodità a portata di mano.
