I Pini is the smallest and the middle one of 3 detached houses fairly close together. The house and location are stunning, with many glass doors and windows. The house is flooded with light and is modern, well equipped and furnished, really comfortable. I had the best holiday sleep ever! The views from every room are stunning, the gardens and pool are immaculate. We would love to return. Christina is a very busy lady but she replied quickly to our every question. After 3 days our car was badly damaged and she was wonderful, communicating with the local garage and unresponsive Europcar. Cristina even chauffeured us to and from Lerici next day so that we could make our boat trip. All this with a charming smile and interesting conversation - her English is excellent. Cristina's lovely niece, Georgia, took us all the way to La Spezia to collect a new car and insisted on staying until we were sure that we were happy with it. These are good people, well organised and efficient. Mille grazie

Abitazione di facile accesso, anche grazie alle precise indicazioni ricevute da Sara. Area tranquilla. Vani ben tenuti e puliti, effettivamente è tutto pressoché nuovo. La strada ove è posizionata la casa è a senso unico e non ha il parcheggio interno privato. quindi per lasciare l'auto in sosta bisogna avere un po' di fortuna per trovare il parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Questo forse è l'unico punto sfavorevole, ma comunque risolvibile facendo "4 passi" in più. Consigliato.

Corniglia is the perfect balance between activity and quiet. Antonella’s place is away from the hubbub but just a short walk from restaurants and shops. Great experience! Antonella is a lovely, thoughtful hostess and the accommodations were great!

A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

Der Aufenthalt bei Maria war super angenehm und ruhig. Die Umgebung war super schön und wir haben den tollen Ausblick sehr genossen. Wir haben großartig geschlafen in der ruhigen Umgebung. Maria war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben.

Posto incantevole ad un passo da tutto ma immerso nella tranquillità. Impagabile la gentilezza e la cortesia di Roberta e Stefano che ti fanno sentire come a casa!

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche, in absoluter Ruhe mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön - es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und bietet Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Leider konnten wir ihn nur 2x nutzen, aufgrund der Wetterlage. Die Aussicht vom Poolbereich ist traumhaft, Abschalten und Genießen. In der Nähe gibt es gute Restaurants, eine Empfehlung lag in der Wohnung aus. Die Entfernung zum Meer/Städten ist trotz der ruhigen Lage gut.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Miriam and Roberto considered every detail—from the super comfy beds to the warm welcome. It's perfectly located near the central station, making it easy to catch trains to Cinque Terre. Miriam communicated promptly and warmly, offering helpful local tips. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. Despite our early morning checkout, they came to see us off and even drove our heavy bags to the station—such a kind gesture! Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone heading to the Cinque Terre region. Thank you, Miriam and Roberto, for making our visit so memorable!

Fue una nuy buena estadía! Cerca de la estación de trenes, también de cerca de supermercados Davide siempre atento a todas nuestras necesidades y preguntas. El departamento es como se muestra en las fotos, muy cómodo y limpio. Lo recomiendo.

Logement parfait pour un séjour à La Spezia. Nous avons logé ici dans le cadre d'un voyage aux cinq terres, nous cherchions donc un logement proche de la gare centrale. Celui-ci a l'avantage d'être très proche (8min) tout en étant au calme puisqu'il se situe dans le quartier au-dessus (quelques marches à monter, rien d'insurmontable). Point fort important : mise à disposition d'un box de garage fermé pour stocker le véhicule. Le logement en lui-même était propre, fonctionnel, chaleureux, et nous avons bénéficié de l'exterieur de la maison, très agréable et apaisant. Giorgia s'est occupée de notre accueil, elle a été très flexible sur nos horaires d'arrivée, et a su nous donner de bons conseils. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement pour un couple/des amis souhaitant profiter de La Spezia et/ou des cinq terres !

L’appartement est très spacieux, confortable, très propre et bien équipé. Il dispose d’une place de parking. Il est situé à un bon quart d’heure à pied de la gare de la spezia ce qui en fait un emplacement pratique pour aller aux Cinque terre. Il se situe dans un quartier résidentiel mais avec une bonne pizzeria à côté (il faut réserver de préférence le week-end). Bref, l’appartement idéal pour une famille voulant visiter la région !

Fabulous location - right on the Main Street into Riomaggiore. You could really feel the ‘vibe’ when you opened the window. Serena was so lovely and even organised a car space for us which was very helpful. The apartment is light and airy and like everywhere in Riomaggiore the steps up to it are a killer, so just be careful.

Appartamento splendido, host e accoglienza del sig. Bruno perfetti. Posizione dell'airbnb molto vicina al porto (da cui parte la linea 2 per le Cinque Terre) mentre piu lontana dalla stazione centrale. Unica pecca: i letti un po' scomodi. Grazie mille a Fabrizio ma anche a Bruno!

L'appartement est situé à 10 minutes de la gare pour aller visiter les cinq terres en train c'était parfait. Merci à Emilia pour son accueil et ses conseils avisés.

A great place to stay! I am recommending it to some friends who are visiting the cinque terre area. We thought this town was ideal as it wasn’t as busy feeling, but big enough to have a nice marina, and restaurants all within walking distance. The place was clean and as described. Check in instructions were clear and easy to understand.

Nous remercions vivement Giulia pour son accueil et sa sympathie. Elle nous a recommandé des lieux à voir et nous a donné des explications claires sur le chemin d'accès pour se rendre à la gare de la Spezia Miglianira. Son logement nous a beaucoup plu car il est très spacieux avec une suite parentale et 2 salles de bain/wc. Il est très bien équipé, propre et sa grande terrasse nous a permis de profiter des beaux jours. Le voisinage est calme. Aucun problème de stationnement et pouvoir se rendre à la gare à pied est un véritable atout. Notre séjour de 2 nuits pour visiter les Cinque Terre a été une réussite.

Luca was a great host, always friendly with great communication. The apartment was nice and clean and in a great location. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at Stefanos was amazing. His apartment is a perfect refuge in the beautiful cinque terre area and he is a fantastic host who considers all the things you may need. The apartment is beautiful and so convenient! (It is so close to the train station but super quiet and with a beautiful view and does not require walking up any stairs!) Would highly recommend!

Although I only stayed for one night, my experience here was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable - just 50 meters from the sea and a quick 2-minute walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient to explore Riomaggiore and the other Cinque Terre villages. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped with modern amenities. The highlight was definitely the terrace with its breathtaking view - the perfect spot to enjoy an evening glass of wine. Speaking of wine, I was pleasantly surprised when the host generously presented me with a complimentary bottle - such a thoughtful touch that made my short stay even more special! The location in the center of Riomaggiore meant easy access to all restaurants and local shops. Despite being in the heart of this charming village, the apartment was peaceful and comfortable. The host was extremely attentive and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful tips for enjoying Riomaggiore.

We loved our stay at Lucy’s flat! She gives great directions with photos of how to access the flat. (It was a huge plus not having to carry our luggage up a ton of stairs!) Lucy was very responsive any time we had questions, which was very nice. The views out the balcony were great and the location was convenient to get to everything. It was a comfortable place to come back to after being tired from walking around the Cinque Terre. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

Paola has a beautiful home and had everything we could possibly need. Even the directions to the apartment were extremely detailed which you need on your first trip to Riomaggiore. We had a fantastic time. Thank you Paola, you have a wonderful place!

The apartment was beyond amazing—truly exceeded our expectations! We're incredibly grateful to our host for their genuine care and attention to detail—everything was thoughtfully arranged. The apartment has two terraces, both offering breathtaking views of the marina (just like in the photos). The location couldn't be better—right in a charming little seaside town. We were also impressed by the peace and quiet, yet if you're in the mood for some buzz, the town center with its cafes and bars is just a few minutes’ walk away. Ferries to Cinque Terre also leave from the marina nearby. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very responsible and attentive.
