De moderne villa heeft een schitterend uitzicht op zee en het bergachtige achterland en is gelegen op 6500 m2 grond op de grens van een Nationaal Park en is omringd door ongerepte natuur. Het is een wandelparadijs en ligt op enkele autominuten van één van de mooiste kusten van Italië. De inrichting is licht en modern, met antieke elementen zoals de oude kastanje houten deuren, de antieke olijfkruiken en de vintage lampen. De villa heeft een verwarmd zwembad dat beschikbaar is vanaf 1 mei.

Bovenhuis wit in Campaniacasa: het huis staat net onder het middeleeuws dorp San Giovanni a Piro. Gelegen op 400 m hoogte aan de Golfo di Policastroin het zuidelijk deel van de Cilento. Een villa met 4 appartementen en 2 huizen met zwembad op 2 hectare grond, natuur midden in een nationaal park. Met in de zomer een buitenrestaurant onder de olijfboom waar u kunt genieten van Italiaanse gerechten of pizza. Geschikt voor rustzoekers, gezinnen met kinderen en zelfs groepen tot 40 personen.

A short walk leads you into the center of Villammare; charming cafés, boutiques, restaurants and, well-kept (Bandiera blu) beaches with clear water. Roads that take you along the jaw-dropping, windy Cliento coast to Maratea and Palinuro,to Baia degli Infreschi and Spiaggia Nera are only a few minutes away. Bicycles are also available for you !
