Fabio is an amazing host! His Mom was so cool as well she shared her experience about hosting and handling their property. The vibe of the listing was lit. Close to Nature and near the shore/beach. Well be back next year and that’s for sure!

Room, amenities and location as described. Clean and spacious room. Responsive host. We appreciate the window in the room. You can let some sun in or air the room out. The exhaust in the bathroom didn't work but it wasn't a problem. Didn't have problems with pool and beach access. Although we didn't use it, I also liked that they provided an electric kettle along with bottled water, instant coffee and ceramic coffee cups.

The place is wonderful host was very kind and very responsive ate may made sure that we have everything we need ocean was very clear, you can also rent kayak so you can explore the ocean and see the beauty of nature

Our Host Genes was outstanding and went out of his way to be helpful and kind. The place is ideal for backpackers as its cheap and peaceful and away from the people hassling you to buy things like on white beach. The food is amazing and they specialise in Italian food, which to our surprise was amazing and as good as you'll find in Milan. a really special place that is simple and cheap but with the service of 5 stars.

Just stayed at AV Suites and loved it!! The place is super clean and perfect if you want some peace and quiet. Staff (even the guard) are really friendly and helpful - they even assist with motor rentals if you want to explore. Free water refills, coffee, and tea are a nice bonus, and the food is delicious! Its a 5-minute walk to Aninuan Beach and just a quick trike ride to White Beach. Felt really safe the whole time. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

My stay at Av Suites was nothing short of exceptional. The atmosphere was relaxing, complemented by an incredibly friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make the experience seamless. Coordinating land tours was effortless, thanks to their reliable connections. They also partnered with an agency that made arranging port transfers easy—perfect for bringing big bikes along. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, and the provided contact numbers ensured I always had assistance at my fingertips. The food was outstanding, and the amenities elevated the stay into a truly luxurious and stress-free getaway. Av Suites made my staycation smooth, indulgent, and unforgettable. They even checked if I made it to the port on time and if I landed back home safe. I’m definitely going to book with these guys again on my next puerto galera experience.

Accurate description and wonderful location. We enjoyed the fact that it's literally a 2- to 3- min walk to the beach. Staff are accommodating too, plus the place is clean and comfortable. Really worth what you pay for!

Nous avons séjourné en deux occasions chez Anthony et Malou. Dès la première fois nous avons été très bien accueilli avec des petites attentions très appréciées. Tout le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Ils sont très à l’écoute et prêt à faire de nos séjours le plus agréable possible. De plus, Malou est une excellente cuisinière. Elle nous a préparé des plats exquis, très variés, délicieux et sur demande. De plus ils connaissent très bien l’île et sauront vous donner des excellentes recommandations en terme d’endroit, restaurants et randonnées!!! Ils sont très généreux! Nous avons eux le privilégie de pouvoir passer du bon temps de qualité avec eux! Nous nous sentons en famille lorsque nous sommes avec eux! Et avons déjà hâte de refaire un séjour avec eux!
