We had a comfortable stay at Ethel's place. Although it was a bit challenging to locate initially, once we found it, navigating to and from the property became effortless. The location offers convenient access to fantastic stores and restaurants, making our overall experience enjoyable.

We a group of 5 had a great stay at Regina’s place it was clean and fully equipped! We are there as digital nomads doing some research of the area for a posible business, the wifi was good, we loved been closed to the shops and restaurants that the locals enjoy we felt very welcomed!! We will be back! Thank you Fanny and Regina for making this a amazing stay

Die Anlage ist modern und schön, das Apartment toll. Check-in war unkompliziert (Taxifahrer finden das "Icono". Oscar ist wirklich ein sehr netter, hilfsbereiter und umsichtiger Gastgeber, der blitzschnell antwortet. Die Lage war für mich perfekt, 2 Min. zur Sprachschule, 5 Min. zum Strand. Walmart direkt ums Eck. Einmal pro Woche wurde gereinigt und Bett neu bezogen. Die Handtücher fürs Bad hätten mehr sein können. Aber es gab sogar Pool-Handtücher! Insgesamt habe ich mich in den vier Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt, mit kleinen Einschränkungen: Leider sind manche Bewohner/Gäste nachts sehr laut. Die Umgebung habe ich als sicher empfunden, aber vor korrupter Polizei ist man nirgends sicher: Die Polizei hat uns nachts auf dem Heimweg zum Apartment kontrolliert, Geldscheine aus unseren Brieftaschen genommen und, als wir protestieren wollten, ein Briefchen Kokain gezückt und aug die Handschellen gezeigt.

An absolutely STUNNING place. We truly felt like we were in the middle of the jungle (surrounded by birds and wildlife) and yet somehow we were also steps away from the beach and several incredible restaurants. We took the ADO bus from the airport to the playa del carmen bus station, so we never had to rent a car or even take a taxi throughout our entire stay. We're already thinking of coming back in the future!

Luis is a fantastic host! He’s extremely helpful, thoughtful and responsive. We were well taken care of in his home, and greatly enjoyed our stay in the Corasol community. The pool was a wonderful amenity, as was the golf course only minutes away. Parking was easy to access, pillows were comfortable and the balcony was a treat. Than you, Luis, for everything you did to make our week very enjoyable!

Todo en orden es lo que se ofrece , hay algunos detalles que se pueden mejorar pero lo vale la atención de la anfitriona siempre estuvo al pendiente apoyándonos. Ubicación excelente, barrio súper tranquilo y agradable.

I really enjoyed the hospitality of Jay and his staff. Jay responded quickly to any of my questions or concerns. Very informational when it came to the knowledge of the area and restaurants to go to places to go.. Jay is very transparent and does good business. This place is setup in the perfect part of the city, The walk to the 5th street is within a couple blocks. Restaurants are everywhere within blocks, This place is a jewel. I would definitely come back. The actual facility is very comfortable if you do not wanna go to the beach? You can spend all day at the rooftop pool. If you’re the type that wants to cook, There is a grocery store one block away. Also if you want to travel to other parts of the country, The bus station is also a block away. Wonderful time thanks Jay.

El departamento tiene más cosas que las que anuncian, la verdad súpero mis espectatativas, mis hijas y mi esposa quedaron súper satisfechas, agradezco el precio y el lugar tan hermoso. Felicidades Ray !!

The space is everything that you would want and need for a long term stay. I stayed for a little over a month and felt like I had a home away from home. The space is very clean and spacious and the amenities are great! The staff members are so kind and attentive and the premises are always super clean. Lastly, the pool is fabulous!

Nachdem wir spontan eher aus unserer eigentlichen Unterkunft geflüchtet sind, war das spontan gebuchte Apartment für uns wirklich der Himmel! Blitzsauber, modern, keine Schädlinge! Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar, kleinere Geschäfte sowie Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Absolut empfehlenswert!

This was a perfect spot for our small family. We were traveling with two kids (one infant) so we needed 2 bedrooms so we could set up a crib. The two bedrooms were both nice and both had their own bathrooms. The kitchen and living space were also very nice with a nice balcony to hang out on. The roof top pool and hot tub were also a fun place to hang out. Washer and dryer in apt was nice to have as well. The only issue we had was one of the toilets was having issues funcitoning, but the building maintenance came to fix it as soon as possible. There was also a couple nights where a tenant on the first floor had left their dog out in the common area and it was barking loudly into the night, so that was an issue. It would also be nice if the kitchen had some more basic amenities like salt, pepper and cooking oil for use. The neighborhood is great with restaurants, markets and the beach all close and walkable. We would definitely stay here again. Good value! Thank you Maureen!

En general fue muy agradable y tenía todo a la mano. La zona era muy tranquila y estaba todo cerca. Si regreso a Pto Morelos, serán nuestra primera opción. Eduardo respondía de inmediato a todas mis dudas

Todo bien tal cual indica la descripción del hospedaje. Solo que el cuidador es poco empatico, no tiene buena llegada con sus huéspedes. Lo otro es que el cuidador vive y duerme en la terraza, donde está la piscina, lo que deja mucho que desear del trato con los trabajadores. Me dio pena verlo así, durmiendo en una reposera de madera solo tapado con una manta. El resto todo ok

Pool area was very nice. Very comfortable condo with very friendly staff. Building is secure and well kept. I would recommend this condo and would stay here again. You need to like walking or plan to rent a car.

Estuvimos 7 días y todo muy bien el lugar en zona muy tranquila y cerca de varios lugares para comer, pizzas Oxxo y más, muy céntrico y 100 recomendable cerca de la 5ta avenida Todo exelente lo q sí nos falló fue el internet estaba muy lento De ahí en más exelente todo

Veronica y su familia fueron muy amables y atentos, un muy bien lugar para pasar tiempo tranquilo en comodidad, 100% recomendado
