Place is worth the price! Lots of stores that are still open even after 12AM

We are very satisfied at Eladia’s place. It met all our needs from the bathroom portable water heater and a separate room for a washer to wash our clothes. That’s a must. It has 2 bedrooms that accommodated our family. The location is very close to a lot of good restaurants, hospital, grocery store and public transportation. It is also a safe place to walk around even at night time. Eladia is very considerate and thoughtful of our situation due to family emergency. She is also very approachable with the assistance of her caretaker of the place.

The place is nice and spacious. Self check-in was very convenient. We enjoyed the activities that we can do inside (karaoke, ps4, card games, etc) and also took advantage of the public amenities. This is a walking distance from a mall and a food park, everything was easily accesible. Overall this is highly recommended and I would like to go back again.

unfortunately,the condo i wanted and booked was not available on day of arrival due to a maintenance issue. I was moved to an alternative condo in the same building. I requested a discount as this one was not as good as the original one.i was offered a discount of 3000 pesos,which I accepted

Its my second stay here, because I enjoyed my first stay so much. it has everything you need in an airbnb, restaurants across the road, grocery store behind, malls just a 10 minute drive away, as well as a balcony to sit outside and take it all in. Accommodating host and easy to communicate with. Overall a 5 star stay. thanks again 😊

I’m so glad I was able to book this listing! It’s the perfect spot for relaxation—right in the heart of the city, yet surprisingly peaceful. The amenities are top-notch, the room was spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive. You’ve got everything you need right in the building: a gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage services, plus a restaurant and bar. No need to go anywhere else. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Mel's place is conveniently located near groceries, convenience stores and restaurants. Internet was fast and reliable. Kitchen has all you will need for light cooking/reheating. Bed was very comfy. Will definitely be back here.

Another standout feature is how fresh and pleasant the place smells, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. Lastly, the host is very accommodating and ensures a smooth and pleasant stay. The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

The owner is very accommodating and welcoming. The place is even better than expected—cozy, clean, and very well maintained. It’s in a super convenient location, close to everything, making it perfect for a BnB stay. The owner was also very responsive to our queries. We accidentally left a gadget behind, and they went out of their way to contact us and let us know. We truly appreciate that extra level of care. Shoutout as well to the caretaker for being so kind and attentive. Even our fur-babies enjoyed the stay because it’s pet friendly and very spacious. Highly recommended!!! Anei's place is situated in a safe gated subdivision. It was easy to find thru waze. The location is near downtown Angeles, near Clark, and also near San Fernando so everything is within easy reach. All in all it was a good place to stay. The price is reasonable and the host responds quickly. She even gave us complimentary cheese bread from the famous local bakeshop. It was delicious. Thank you!

What you see on the photos of the listing is definitely what you'll get. The place is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The owner is easy to talk to. I did not encounter any concerns in my stay. The place is also a few steps away from the mall. Will definitely choose this place again if I need/have to be in the area again.

We stayed here for almost a month and had a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. Everything I needed was provided, quiet, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for a longer stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and respectful of privacy, which we really appreciated. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place.

Host is very friendly and approachable. She replies quickly to my questions even before I booked it. The place is very clean and nice, almost anything that you'll need in the kitchen is there, and an honesty store in case you forgot to buy something outside. The unit is a few minutes away from Timog ave which is great because that area have a bunch of bars and restaurants. The hot and cold shower is easy to operate and you can set the temperature. The air-conditioning unit works perfectly without any issue and lastly. The television is huge and in front of the bed so you just literally "Netflix and chill" there. The WIFI is good and and stable. Overall enjoyed our stay.
