The cottage features three comfortable bedrooms (two queen beds and two double beds), a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, and in-unit laundry — everything you need to feel right at home. Relax year-round in the private hot tub, or enjoy the beautiful Saint John River system with access to a seasonal dock. During winter, take advantage of direct access to the NB Skidoo snowmobile trails!

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Welcome to the Beach House. Enjoy relaxed living and modern design in our 3-bedroom guest house, steps from some of our favourite New Brunswick beaches. Dine outdoors or unwind in the screened patio. Soak in the hot tub, warm up in the sauna or by the fireplace, and cool off with the cold plunge and outdoor shower. Each bedroom features a king bed for a restful stay.
