Ferienunterkünfte am Wasser in Quepos Point

Muy recomendado, el apartamento impecable en limpieza y orden, cuenta con todas las comodidades que se necesitan para un excelente descanso (si quieres cocinar en el apartamento encuentras de todo o bien si prefieres salir a algún restaurant cercano cuentas con varias opciones cercanas incluso un minimarket ). El apartamento tiene Vistas envidiables al mar desde el balcón. El condominio cuenta con seguridad 24/7. El condominio se presta para realizar actividades deportivas para todos los gustos y niveles. La playa es muy limpia y se presta para caminar, correr o simplemente tomar el sol, el condominio cuenta dos personas contratadas como “salvavidas” que siempre están en la playa para cuidar a las personas que ingresan al mar. La atención de los propietarios siempre fue rápida y clara cuando hice alguna consulta. Sin duda volveremos.

This is a perfect location to visit the park as well as the beach. The host was incredibly responsive and receptive to some special requests. This is a great place to stay and also the bed, sheets, and pillows were fantastic. So cozy!

Nina’s apartment was as advertised! We didn’t love Bejuco itself (too hot for us) and we found the security of the place (while appreciated) a little inaccessible. The location wasn’t what we were looking for but Nina’s place was nice. It had eve thing you could ask for and being on the beach is always a great. Clearly an older building that could use some love but the place was mostly clean!

We appreciated the proximity to the beach and the pools. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook a meal. The water in the apartment felt cold, but it did not bother us too much because we were hot coming from the beach. There is a shopping plaza close by, but you can get a greater variety of restaurants and stores to choose from if you drive 15-20 minutes. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay and dream of a another trip when we can return. The bird watching from the balcony was a wonderful surprise. The condo was just as described, very clean, and the views were stunning.

Great location, top floor overlooking the beach. Great restaurants directly across the principal Highway. Super nice apartment and very clean.

Wir haben es als Familie sehr genossen. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Our stay at Lapa Villas was amazing! We were 18 people and it fit us perfectly. Carli was SO helpful, communicative, and recommended so many local attractions. She also helped us booked a Chef (who we loved) and a boat tour, and got us a bit of a deal for our large group size. She even baked us brownies 🥹 It’s an incredible pair of villas and we loved the covered outdoor kitchen right by the pool, we hung out there constantly. The hike down to the private beach is great for viewing wildlife right at the house. The hot tub and pool were amazing, especially with our visit being during the rainy season! We were a bit disappointed by the sauna as it didn’t work at all during our stay, but hopefully it will be up and running soon. And Carli and Yader were both super responsive and helpful with trying to get it going which we greatly appreciated. All in all this was a great place to stay! 5/5 stars

Si vous cherchez un logement dans un endroit calme et isolé c’est l’endroit parfait au son des vagues et vue sur la mer sur une petite route de terre avec une magnifique piscine et une cours arrière vraiment chouette. Les chambres étaient très confortables et Jenny la manager de la maison est vraiment très gentille. Susan est très réactive au messages et flexible, nous avons vraiment eu une belle fin de séjour au CR :) Le resto Mar y sol recommandé par Susan était succulent. Attention les vagues 🌊 sont très fortes, donc plus difficile à se baigner avec les enfants. Mais Plage exceptionnelle pour prendre de longues marches, comme si on était seul au monde ! Le BBQ est très vieux et usé et donc nous ne l’avons pas utilisé. L’appartement était très confortable nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Des heures de plaisir dans la piscine :) Épicerie à environ 20 minutes de l’appartement. Situé à 1h de Manuel Antonio :) donc se fait très bien pour la visite d’une journée !

Cindy fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento. La casa es tal cual esta en las fotografías y es pet friendly, beneficio para los que siempre paseamos con nuestras mascotas. El condominio es muy seguro y tranquilo.

Vivi and Jorge were wonderful at making sure that we had everything we needed. Midweek, they came through to exchange towels and take out the trash. The location at the beach was so beautiful. We were able to swim in the ocean every day when the tide was low we were able to walk into town, there were trinkets to buy and great restaurants in Dominical. There were beautiful birds around the place, and it was very easy for us to go both north and south along the coast with a rented car. I can’t wait to come back!

I understand now what all the other reviews had to say. Andrea is clearly one of the greatest hosts and friendliest people we have ever met. He greeted us with gifts, showed us everything the place had to offer and even did our laundry, free of charge! I cannot say enough about how charming of a guy he is and would highly recommend his place to anyone looking to visit Manuel Antonio.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in het huisje van Katrin. Het gehele huis is goed verzorgd en goed aangepast op de warme en regenachtige weersomstandigheden in een regenwoud. Het ligt een beetje buiten het drukke gebied van Manuel Antonio, wat voor ons een pre is! Eigen vervoer is wel een must. Het zwembad is echt een geweldige toevoeging, maar ook de uitgebreide keuken en verschillende zithoekjes zijn heerlijk thuiskomen na een trip in de omgeving. En uiteraard zagen we wildlife in de omgeving. Doodshoofdaapjes, Ara's, Toekans en Rood oog boomkikkers zijn rondom de woning te bewonderen. Het was een van de favoriete verblijven van onze kinderen in Costa Rica! Katrin heeft ons ook nog heel goed geholpen met een excellente gids, Roy. aanrader!

Beautiful location on the beach. The beach only had a few people on it the entire time we were there. Beautiful sunsets.

This was a beautiful condo on the ground floor. We sat on patio every morning watching the waves hit the beach. There were warning signs of rip tides at every beach we visited. I more timid kept hip deep but there were quite a few people out further. There were several pools available to us. We kept close to our Condo. It was the nicest place we stayed and most expensive. Not sorry in the least I rented it. We did a short hike to a waterfall near by and relaxed. Very chill and guarded too!

Es un bello apartamento frente a una playa con seguridad y guardavidas . Tomas tus comidas con el sonido del mar . El apartamento está precioso con muebles de muy buena calidad y las camas estuvieron deliciosas para un descanso perfecto. Tienen juegos de mesa y hasta sillas de playa , bola , buggies. Le doy un 200/100! Solo tener en cuenta que el mar es de cuidado y si eres amante de estar dentro del agua en las olas , mejor te desplazas a alguna zona cercana como Manuel Antonio que queda muy cerca . Eso hicimos y nos encantó lo cerca que estábamos y volver a un apartamento tan acogedor al final de un día de playa ! Volveré sin lugar a duda . Además Eduardo fue sumamente amable con el ingreso !

je recommande ce beau logement, très bien situé, près d une plage très longue et belle. La climatisation efficace, des chaises de plage, des serviettes de plages, une glacière, un parasol, tout est la pour profiter au maximum de cette magnifique plage! Idéal pour 4 personnes.

El apartamento ubicado en el 5 piso tiene una vista al océano magnífica. El mismo tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso. Entre lo posible volveremos y lo recomiendo a otros usuarios.

I found Carrie & Taylor's place and wasn't sure which part of town this was around in Costa Rica. Turns out Bejuco is right in the middle of everything. it's the PERFECT spot to stay. I've been to Costa Rica three times so far and Carrie & Taylor's place has been my favorite. We witnessed Macaws, Sloths, Iguanas, and much more. The condos are very quiet and peaceful. This is NOT a party area, but it is an area to have a great time with your family or friends. You have the perfect beach front view and short walk to it. There's also a pool in case you don't want to swim in the beach-You can go right out of the condos and visit Parrita or go left and visit Jaco. I was so impressed with our condo's location. On top of the location, the condo was spic and span! Super clean and set up so cute! I don't have enough nice things to say about Carrie and Taylor. If I had any questions at all they answered me immediately! Definitely worth the stay!

Wir waren für eine Nacht in Caro‘s + Iñi‘s kleiner Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt direkt auf ihrem Grundstück, welches wunderschön hergerichtet ist. Als wir in die Wohnung reinkamen war es direkt, als wären wir bei Familie zu Besuch. Iñi hat uns herzlich mit den beiden Hunden und seiner Tochter empfangen und uns Empfehlungen fürs Essen gegeben. Man merkt, dass die beiden es mit Liebe eingerichtet haben und es hatte wirklich alles was man benötigt. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Vielen lieben Dank!
