The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. It is centrally located to everything in Heber Springs, including only 1.5 miles from lake access. Will you be showing up after dark? That's okay, this house lights up every night! Just wait until you see it. We have worked really hard to create this beautiful home and everything in it. We hope you love it as much as we do!!

Cozy Cabin in Conway

You'll enjoy this cozy cottage when you stay here. Bruce and Cindy built this from the ground up and have several acres of land to enjoy. On the grounds you will find semi-free-roaming chickens (don't worry, they won't bite) and a loving cat named Sunny and a little cavapoo dog named Stewby. The cabin backs up to a wooded area, so even thought you are only minutes from shopping, parks, Beaverfork Lake, and many other attractions, it feels like you are in the country.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Home is located at waters edge of a 8 acre private lake on a 100 acre farm. Private trail with seasonal creek. Dock and pedal boat provided for your use. Fishing is allowed, bring your own kayaks, canoes, fishing gear and bait, rules and limits on fishing posted. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and wildlife viewing. Play horseshoes, use multi game table and relax by the fire pit, wood provided.

Custom built 4,200 sqft home w/ 130 ft of lakefront shoreline and a path down to a private beach. House has 5 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths, plus a library w/ sleeper sofa. House sits 400 ft from the road for maximum privacy. Floor to ceiling windows in the main living area and an outdoor gas grill. A 1,000 sqft deck and crow's nest provide an outstanding 180 degree view of the "big water" section of the lake. Boat launch is 1.5 miles away.

There is a fire pit, ping-pong table, pool table, dart board, two tandem kayaks, a canoe and waterfront access to Greer's Ferry - bring your water inflatables! High-speed internet available.

Susie Q’s Backyard Bungalow

This sweet studio bungalow is comfortable, peaceful , and quiet. The patio is very relaxing where you can enjoy your coffee . A sweet hideaway in the middle of town not far from the freeway. It sleeps 2 adults on the queen bed and 1 adult or 2 children on the full size sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has an under counter fridge. A microwave, toaster, electric skillet, and Keurig are also provided.

It is all about the view. This chalet style house with floor to ceiling windows, has more than 180 degrees view of the lake, and sits 600 feet above the water. Don't be alarmed if a plane flies below you while you're sitting on the deck! In our opinion, both the house and the lot make the view one of the very best on Greers Ferry Lake! Photos cannot do this place justice. It has to be seen!
