This house was amazing. It was very clean and we all felt right at home as soon as we walked in. It's well-furnished and the layout allows for both group settings as well as privacy. The views from the back of the house overlook the lake and provide for incredible and peaceful views. Be sure to open the curtains at night for the master bedroom so you can view the water and the stars on a clear night before waking up to the beautiful sights of the lake in the morning. The driveway allowed for three vehicles to easily park without having to move cars around when someone needed to leave. There was still easily room for more vehicles if necessary though that would require planning for coming and going. One guest that came with me spent a day working on the screened-in part of the upstairs back porch and raved about it being the best place to work between the comfort and the relaxing views. I would definitely stay here again! Great host and great house!

My family and I loved this home at Lake Glenville! It had everything we needed. The views were incredible, and we really enjoyed kayaking, canoeing, riding the pedal boat, building campfires, and relaxing in the hot tub. We booked a boat tour with Lake Glenville Scenic Waterfall Cruises with Captain Mark. We saw a bald Eagle and the baby’s nest. We would gladly stay here again and hope to come in the fall sometime to see the foliage. I didn’t want to leave. Happ’s Place restaurant was great, and we enjoyed the shops in Cashiers and downtown Highlands, as well as hiking to a few waterfalls.

Amanda and her husband maintained a really good property here it was clean well laid out well lit everything was functioning with a few problems we had as far as drainage of the drain. She was already working on. She was flexible as far as my family coming to town to visit with a sick relative for the holidaysoverall, just a great visit highly recommend Amanda and her family.

Sunsets and Siestas was fantastic! Alan and Sylvia were responsive and friendly leading up to and during our stay. The home was very well equipped with furnishings, bedding, etc. The kitchen was a huge success. We were amazed at how many amenities were in the kitchen. We cooked everyday and the kitchen was well appointed with dual ovens and many other great features and appliances. The new Weber grill outside was also a great added feature! Our entire family of 16 had plenty of space to enjoy the house, pool, boat dock, and outdoor fireplace/hot tub area! I highly recommend Sunsets and Siestas! Lake Keowee and the entire area is full of outdoor adventures and fun for all ages.

This is our second time staying here for new years and it was great as usual. It is very peaceful at this property. Very clean and perfect for our group size. We would stay again.

This was a great spot for our girls weekend! Beds were comfy, beautiful deck, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were close to a grocery store and restaurants. We really enjoyed Two Horse Distillery!

We spent our wedding weekend in this beautiful airbnb. Not only was it the perfect space with an amazing view, but Melinda went above and beyond for us! We were greeted with goodies to congratulate us on our upcoming nuptials, she checked in on us after a storm passed through, and was so responsive to each message. The kids loved the games and s’more’s she provided and my husband and I enjoyed relaxing in the hammock swings. We cannot wait to visit again when the weather warms up to fully enjoy the lake! We could not recommend this place or this host more!

We spent Easter weekend here. As we drove in the wild azaleas and dogwoods were blooming, and everything afterwards was just as beautiful and peaceful. My teenagers loved kayaking and my daughter liked the pond so well she slept on the daybed on the porch. I appreciated the feather pillows and reverse osmosis water. Attention has been paid to every detail. I called my Nana to show her the antique desks. My small children enjoyed the toys and my middle son using the pully bucket on the porch. My daughter celebrated a birthday over our stay, more movie guests showed up than expected and I just couldn't turn these kids away. Our hosts were so kind. They of course charged a little extra as was clearly understood via the contract, they were very understanding and polite. The lock to the boat seems to be jamed, the downstairs fireplace is currently non operational, and I'm not sure I'll get back a thumb drive I forgot, but this family has worked hard to create really special place. Five star

We loved our stay. Everything was clean. exactly as described. We love the hot tub and the kayaks.

The Lake house was one of the quietest and most peaceful air b-and-b's we have stayed at. The new back deck is the highlight of the lake cabin. The rest of the cabin is fully equipped and functional, but we hardly left the back deck. With its fenced in area and gate was perfect for the dog. The kayaks and dock are a nice addition. It is located close to good dining at Micas restaurant and Whiteside brewery. We came for the hiking in Panthertown area. We will be back again.

We had an absolutely incredible stay! The property was gorgeous, well maintained, and so peaceful. We had the waterfall to ourselves every time we went down and our dogs had a BLAST!!! We can't wait to book another trip! I would highly recommend this property if you're looking for some peace and relaxation!

We stayed at Lizard Lodge for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown in the listing only better in person! We loved the location and how peaceful the surroundings of the cabin were. Enjoyed walking down to the lake and fishing a bit. Enjoyed the fire pit one night and enjoyed the hot tub twice and sitting on the swing down on the dock and on the front porch. Enjoyed having dinner on the back deck and watching the birds. Saw beautiful cardinals every day. The beds were very comfortable - slept great! Most of all, I can’t say enough about Sabir and co-host, Jennifer. They were very helpful and responded to any questions we had extremely quickly. This cabin was perfect for my family and they all agree how beautiful and comfortable it was. I would not hesitate to stay at Lizard Lodge again!

The 5-star hype is legit! Tom's place was exactly what I was looking for and needed! Tom was very proactive with communication from reservation to check-in to check-out. Not a single problem or issue during my stay. So peaceful and tranquil right on the lake. Absolutely would recommend for anyone to stay here, just not on the days I reserve it for because I will definitely be coming back! Thanks Tom for everything!

The property is absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. Having kayaks and a paddle board were a huge plus for my active, waterloving family! My 8 year old grandson took a kayak out with his aunt in tow and was able to master paddling. It was convenient to Seneca. The driveway was steep but our cars navigated it without difficulty and there are a lot of reflectors for night maneuvering. My whole family agreed that they would like to stay there again.

Cute one bedroom cottage with nice views of the lake. We really enjoyed having access to the two kayaks that came with the rental. Little kitchen & living space were perfect for the two of us - liked the convenience of being able to cook meals there. Overall really enjoyed our stay & the proximity of the cottage to all the great outdoor hiking & sightseeing was amazing!

We had an amazing stay at Corey’s cabin! Corey was very polite and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. The cabin itself was peaceful and perfectly situated right in front of the lake, offering stunning sunrises and sunsets. We also appreciated that he had everything you could possibly need to enjoy the place, including kayaks and a canoe with all the necessary safety equipment for a tranquil ride on the lake. It was the ideal spot to relax, recharge, and enjoy nature. The surrounding areas were fantastic for walking, with plenty of breathtaking scenery, all without needing to drive for more than 30 minutes. We left feeling refreshed and would absolutely recommend this getaway to anyone looking for a serene escape. Can’t wait to return! 🌿🏞️
